Howdy folks. So does someone have the PFS thread backed up that Charlie supposedly deleted? And does anyone know if a reason was given? I think it's total BS they did that.

I was able to back up all of gbolduev's questions and comments from the Q&A thread to a Word document and am planning to proofread/spellcheck everything, then compile all of it into a cohesive list by category. I'm mainly doing this as a reference for myself, but if anyone wants it I'll definitely share.

I used to be a freelance proofreader/transcriptionist, so this kind of task is actually fun for me. If anyone has the PFS thread and wants to get it to me I can work on it as well.

Glad I read this and do not spend time to something already done! I have copied all other threads than the 2 bigs. And as you know I had started to group by themes, in order to understand. Same as you, I wanted it for myself, but we should share, the result and maybe also the work, except that I am not able to better the english style at all, lol!
What are the categories you wanted to do?

I'm not sure of all categories yet, but definitely the big ones... his comments on CO2, fasting, hair testing, hair loss, supplements, fast vs. slow oxidizers, liver cleanses, exercising, methylation, etc. He's got a lot of comments on random stuff too, like alcohol, nicotine, aging, and such.

I'm just going to sort the Q&A's like this until I can't find a category for something, then create a new category. And there's some overlap too.

Main thing with the "english style" is I want to fix spelling and punctuation. I intend to leave everything intact, if he's missing a word or mispelled something, I'll fix it, that's all.

I have almost done the fasting category!
