you can get a TON from Bananas and other vegetables - you can get more k+ from a few bananas than a tsp of cream of tartar.
i have been eating tons of bananas as I have some in the garden sometimes, and then binge on them to finish them! The rest of the time, my average was 5 per day at least... + I eat avocado every day, also rich in K!

... and hair test shows low potassium.

= it is more than the amount, something for sure is regulatory, but I do not know what...

chronic cortisol elevation eventually breaks
Cortisol goes up and down during the day, and we can have problem with the circadian rhythm. I would like to know the impact of going to bed late, or if I do this because i have a disrupted rhythm. @Integra also mentionned difficulties to decide to go to bed. Every morning I tell myself I will do better the next evening!

I did reset the damage done by R Peat diet by 1 week fast. Now I am no more crazy about having food every 3 hours.

Then, an important point: WE CAN HAVE PROBLEM WITH CORTISOL RECEPTORS AND NOT WITH CORTISOL ITSELF. I did not follow enough of the discussions about licorice, but does it have to do with resensibilisizing cortisol receptors? In that case I would need it. My nervous system is not super good but I never had to take anti-depressants. I used only the regulation of the nervous system. I never had anxiety or panic attack, as I go on the side of being depressed. (to give you my context)

I have a similar daily routine. IDK how much of it is from any certain factor though. I recall that I've always been this way to a certain extent, but then again I was 17 and younger and I had school every day except for the weekends. I could barely get to bed by 1am then. Now, if I have no other commitments, I'll go to bed around 3am and wake up around 11am. Each day I'll tell myself I'll do better, but I never can.

I am sure we are many who tell ourself this for sleep or other things too maybe... except that we do not tell it out loud, so we might think we are the only ones with so little will.... And I am sure it is something else, but I do not know what it is.

if I have no other commitments
I do not believe free will is as good a help as commitments! I believe we need a balance and not only freedom.
