I have found out I have Gilbert’s, what can I do for it? I’ve gathered that it’s calcium d glucarate maybe TUDCA too. It’s seems I have to approach this in the same way as PFS which is so annoying.
If I improve glucordination will I have lower DHT then? In Gilbert’s people have high estrogen and DHT rises to compensate for this. If I fix this or improve this, won’t I have lower DHT? I’m not sure if that trade off is even worth it as high DHT has so many benefits other than causing hair loss.
