Edit:

Dec 2017 Four lows fast oxidizer, test is contaminated with chromium and cobalt (?) and selenium (selsun blue), not present on later tests.

Background- PSSD or something like it from antidepressants prescribed for sleep problems. Anhedonia, anxiety, occasional shrinkage and gynocomastia. Tried RPF pansterone (preg, DHEA) which ruined me almost immediately. Made most symptoms worse and also ruined digestion and kicked off hair loss and intense scalp itch.

Got some improvement from zinc finger protocol (slow oxidizer version) and electrolyte protocol, most things improved and hairloss stopped completely

Still look visibly stressed most of the time I'm outside but I'm not feeling the same absolute feeling of being in a helpless situation I was a while ago. Maybe the results were skewed or I'm in recovery or something.
Whatever you can do for stress management will keep you better than what analysis result say anyway!

It looks as what they call 4 lows, look at the 4 first numbers Ca P K Na
Did you get some recommendations from the lab?
I cannot give advice but you might say what sort of condition you want to correct, and if you have some blood labs apart from this.

About selenium, it seems you forgot to tell the lab about it, and maybe you can write to them now, and ask if this can also affect other results. I remember they ask this when you send them the hair sample, my lab was TEI.

There is an alloy of cobalt and chromium that they use for hip replacements and dental inlays (when part of your tooth is missing).
Do you have any of these?

Yeah, the anxiety stuff is definitely the main source of problems. It just comes and goes and I can't seem to understand it or get any control over it. I've talked about it with a doctor and they threw around the idea that it might be agoraphobia, but I've been apprehensive to get on meds or see a therapist for it because I had a bad experience with both when I was younger. But I guess I've been more than willing to just try dumb stuff off the internet just because it sounded like a good idea so maybe I'm just stupid

The lab recommendations were increase intake of purine protein foods (liver, kidney, heart, seafood), more fat from dairy, reduce carb intake and avoid sugars and refined carbs. Also suggested lysine, arginine and histadine. I'm gonna try this out and see how I go unless anyone else has any ideas about it.

Main symptoms at the moment are stress, anxiety, poor digestion, gyno, hair loss.

Yeah, I'll try writing to the lab and asking if the selenium would have thrown off the results. Thanks!

Nope, nothing like this. No idea where I picked it up from...
Thanks!

There is chromium in stainless steel, but you would have the nickel also high, as they have both!
Strange for boron, I still have some though I live in a place whose soils are deficient in boron.

I am not surprised.... Meds and a sticker with a name like -phobia do not help.

If you want to understand it, try to read what I explained in the stress management forum. And if anything if not understandable or need precision, please ask! I am not a therapist but I am trained about the nervous system and understand very well what happens. Understanding is the first step to heal, just because you are the one who is going to heal yourself.
What I wrote will also explain why you cannot control it. Control does not come from the same part of the brain that provoques the anxiety. The good news are that there are indirect ways to control this and improve.

Ah, cheers, I didn't see that forum. I'll give it a look. Thanks for your help.

If you are progressively feeling better with what you are doing, don't fuck with it. Just let yourself get better slowly. Dramatically screwing around with things is what really caused you problems in the first place. Maybe go back to that phase of "dipping the toe in the water" with Peat stuff.

When you reach a point where you feel like you've plateau'd and IF you're still dealing with problems, then consider changing something.

Right now I would keep your diet going the way it is right now, and maybe dabble in some stress management techniques. If you are concerned about stress, I can speak from experience that something like CBT and improving your life outside of work is infinitely more helpful than changing your diet.
