Guys, I havent reported this side effect but now I have time to write about it.
I have magnesium chloride spray and if I take like 3-4 sprays which is around 50-60mg of elemental magnesium I develop gyno in 10 minutes.
It doesnt matter if i take it orally or transdermally, if i take it with other electrolytes, aminos. It just developes.

By the next morning its usually gone.

I have seen other people having the same problem:

an ex accutane user: Magnesium Causing Gyno, How Is This Even Possible?

other reports: Why does magnesium make my gyne grow more?
Supplements

Any idea what causes it?

If I eat spinach, that doesnt cause me gyno.

Oh wow strange. Its funny cos they say sodium causes water retention. My sodium is my highest mineral but i have like 0 water retention. My forearms have always been crazy veiny.

When you sup mg its supposed to decrease sodium, so if anything it should make you less puffy.

Im ex accutaine also but i dont get gyno from mag. Right now im using "genesis sea minerals" an electrolyte supplement, around 300mg of mag a day, eveey day. It also has ither stuff found in the ocean and a bit of k and na. I sip at it throughout the day, or just when i exercise if exercising that day.

But previously i used mag chloride h
And had no problems.

Pseudogyno, right @freeflow? Can't be true gyno. I don't doubt you. Maybe other versions of Magnesium will better suit you.

I may have a little bit, but that's only bc I lost a lot of weight and need to fill out my frame more (recomposition). I had a friend who went to my surgeon, and he had a gyno surgery redone (first surgeon screwed it up, and my friend was too young then). And my friend said I don't have gyno... we had this discussion when I was on tons of magneium usually daily. Obviously everyone reacts differently to meds, substances, electrolytes, salts, etc. Just an anecdote.

The gyno leaves by the next day and it tickles a bit while i have it.

Really strange, and from such a small dose too. Do you have a hair test?

I've actually been getting gyno flare-ups recently as well after having started on ARL protocol. New additions and possible culprits for me are zinc, magnesium, copper, and fish oil. Taking them all out of my stack for the next three days at least, or until gyno settles down, then will add them back in one-by-one to get to the bottom of it.

manganese is reported to increase prolactin, is that in your stack?

Manganese is in there, but this doesn't feel like prolactin gyno. No discharge, and no other prolactin symptoms, so I get the feeling that it has to do with t/e ratio.

Maybe it could be worth trying a slow-release magnesium supplement? Maybe slower absorption would reduce whatever sort of hormonal response is happening.

Usually magnesium increasing the shit out of testosterone in those who are deficient in magnesium so it's normal that gyno could happen. I mean anything that increases test could cause gyno n if you are still in PFS then by the next morning your progesterone probs increased to counter it.
Could be a possibility

Oh yeah? I'd be interested to hear what kinda symptoms you're experiencing. High doses of magnesium have done a good job of diminishing brain fog, but I think it also might be what's causing gyno :/ so far ARL is doing weird things for me physically, but positive things mentally.
