"B5 overdose will lower biotin and cause hairloss

you by taking high b5 in this case with NAD deficiency made you just downregulate active cysteine formation of cysteine and caused the hairloss. since if you are not burning all this coenzyme A, body has too much of it, but you are giving it b5 and body has nothing else to do but to lose this cysteine in the urine. And this is why high dose b5 causes hairloss and this is why by speeding up coenzyme A burn rate and feeding cysteine, you will get rid of this hairloss. Now B1 will decrease the fats metabolism. Since b1 will waste coenzyme A. NAD will also speed up fat oxidation,

So people taking NAD and B1 and b2 with cysteine will get rid of the hairloss caused by high dose B5.

That is why people with the hairloss after B5, all they need to do is feed cysteine, alone with increasing of the rate of burning of coenzyme A. To do that you need Cysteine, B1/B2/B3, and Carnitine. You can tell people with b5 overload if you know any. And show them this post

Doing a hair test will let you know which minerals are needed, which is probably the bigger piece of the puzzle.

Biotin is also helpful if you are burning too much protein for energy(causing hairloss), by impaired sugar and fat metabolism. Hairtest will help with this, search for the TEI threads on the forum.

Do you understand this and know how to read the information

Google search the ratios and their meaning. You are slow oxidizer with lots of toxic metals. You need to do the protocol they put you on so you can detox and balance out your metabolism.

So what would cause that should I be worried

It means you got toxic metals to get rid of. Maybe the rice you eat contains a lot of arsenic. A lot of deodorant contains aluminum.

I would just cut out all artificial stuff that you cannot find in nature. That is a good start. For the rest check what type of foods you eat. Like I said some rice contain a lot of arsenic.

Ever since taking b5 and loosing a fair amount of hair I eat as healthy and as balanced diet as I can. Haha I live in the UK no nuclear power plants and no mining operation near by. This must have been I had healthy hair until I started taking b5 that was the only thing I added that destroyed my hair so it must be related
