Why dont you make a Hair test?
I see you doing good on KCl then you add MgCl feel bad, drop it.
Then you feel better again and you add MgCl again. And you feel bad again.
Its so much guessing. You probably doing 50% good and 50% bad right now.
I doubt you will get on the right path not using a hair test.

Past 3 days were quite similar. I'm discovering truth on my past and my current being - not as good as I'd like it to be. Now I understand, why 1st step of alcoholic's treatment is to admit to being addicted. It's so hard to change perception of oneself... I believe it's a key to my treatment. ARL on it's way. Prog on it's way. RU on stock.

Code:
Digestive Enzymes --- 1 capsule --- before meal # 1, 3
Creatine HCl --- 1600 mg --- after meal # 1
Taurine --- 200 mg --- after meal # 1
KCl --- 500 mg --- after meal # 1, 3
NaCl --- 1500 mg --- after meal # 1, 3
Betaine HCl --- 1 g --- after meal # 1, 3
Inositol --- 5 g --- after meal # 3
Choline --- 500 mg --- after meal # 3
MgCl2 --- 20 g --- before bed

mood : 3-6/10
libido : 0-3/10 fading morning wood, single sexual thoughts
energy : 4/10 not much - especially after meals
digestion : 4/10 not so watery stool

So what do you do for lifestyle beyond supps @health . Are you lifting weights, doing cardio? Fasting at all?

Sauna, infrared red lamps, probiotic and coffee enemas are a few other good things you might want to incorporate. Man you seem like you want it bad, but there's a lot more than just supplementation that can be done.

I've noticed improvement in my baseline. Balls are hanging lower and penis seems to be fuller with blood. Added Wobenzym before meal #1. My Progestene has arrived. I'm getting prepared to 1st RU cycle. Deciding if I should include 4-Andro to my R-Andro run...

IMPORTANT
Yesterday, at 3 am, I woke up shivering, extremely tired and cold. To my surprise, there was not so much anxiety, so I was able to talk myself into relaxing as many muscles as I could and to upregulate temperature + drink something as I was feeling super dehydrated.

Possible causes:
1. I had a talk with my "friend" who is a 100% psychopath. I finally realized that it's exhausting and he's unconsciously (or maybe not?) fucking with my head. I felt exploited and amazed that it took me so long to realize that. What's funny is that we talked about it and he admitted that he's I'm probably right - he is a psychopath and he used to enjoy others' suffering as a teenager.

2. I've decided to start hard, long and expensive psychotherapy - starting from the next day. It's going to be lifechanging. Had 1. session yesterday.

3. I took 2 new supplements before bed:
  1. CoQ10 --- 100 mg
  2. P-5-P --- 50 mg

Code:
Wobenzym --- 3 capsules --- before meal # 1
Digestive Enzymes --- 1 capsule --- before meal # 1, 3
Creatine HCl --- 1600 mg --- after meal # 1
Taurine --- 200 mg --- after meal # 1
KCl --- 500 mg --- after meal # 1, 3
NaCl --- 1500 mg --- after meal # 1, 3
Betaine HCl --- 1 g --- after meal # 1, 3
Inositol --- 5 g --- after meal # 3
Choline --- 500 mg --- after meal # 3
MgCl2 --- 20 g --- before bed (feet bath)

mood : 3-6/10
libido : 0-3/10 fading morning wood, single sexual thoughts
energy : 2-4/10 not much - especially after meals
digestion : 4/10 not so watery stool

@bruschi11
Lifting weights 6x/week
Dry sauna 6x/week
Meditation >10 minutes every day
Somatic exercises 2x every day

Not fasting, but as dr Rhonda Patrick advised, I'm generally keeping my eating window in 12 hours span.

Good stuff man. Best of luck and really hang in there.

Definitely give us like a few days notice before starting any of the meds. Would like to give you my non-medical advice based on what we have seen with @Goose12 , myself, @Jack17 , and now @Chapman . Its looking like prog at lower doses has been more beneficial what would you say guys?

Also. @Goose12 and I both decided to stop betaine HCL during RU and most of prog. They both lowered cortisol for me too much combined so had to lose the Betaine and increase digestive enzymes. I used betaine a few times just for very high protein meals.

I like the 12 hour windows. Keeps you from indulging and disciplined at the very least. Maybe when you can throw a one day fast in and see how it goes. Maybe just bone broth and probiotics for a whole day to see how you can tolerate it while coating the gut with some nice things for it.

Yeah, it's 4 lows. Hit me with any suggestion you might have. What would you do? Please, join me on this path.
I'm still considering a kickstart with low dose RU + low dose prog + low dose caber + (optionally) Tribulus + 4-Andro/R-Andro
Throwing in some Thorne Extra Nutrients might be beneficial too...

Welcome to the 4-lows club! If I were you, I'd hold off on RU or andro, because you don't want to tank your potassium with RU while in 4-lows and you also don't want to further stress your adrenals with andro. I did r-andro right at the beginning of my recovery, and while I felt great for maybe a week, I ultimately crashed from what felt like adrenal burnout. Also, those magnesium and calcium dosages look a bit low compared to what's usually recommended for 4 lows. I totally understand the hesitance to up those dosages since your Na/K are low as well, but it seems like the most reliable way to get out of 4 lows is by significantly boosting Mg/Ca. I'm taking about 1g of Mg and 1.5g Ca daily, split into breakfast, lunch, and dinner dosages. If you do follow ARL supplementation recommendations, be prepared to feel very fatigued at first, and for other weird symptoms to crop up. But, if your case is anything like mine, after a couple weeks of feeling like shit you should start having a day or two here and there where you feel more like your old self again.

Practitioner that was between me and ARL, answered with this:

The reason the report from ARL does not include supplement and vitamin recommendations is that I do not sell any of their supplements. I have chosen not to do this. Sometimes taking minerals in their pure form can actually cause further imbalances, for example, taking magnesium when you already have a low sodium level can deplete your sodium levels even further, as magnesium is an antagonist for sodium and vice versa. You can take individual minerals to replenish a deficiency if you wish but they should not be taken longer than a period of 3 months. Minerals should only be taken long term if there is something that is causing a constant deficiency in the body, like for example pyroluria. Minerals are fat soluble, so they build and build in the body especially heavy nutrient minerals such as copper, manganese, zinc and iron. It is not possible to detect vitamin deficiencies in hair, this can only be done via blood. So it is difficult to decide if vitamins are actually needed. There are some supplement recommendations for adrenal insufficiency and toxic metals which can be found in the treatment programmes I have attached. Dealing with those issues can rebalance minerals anyway. I have not attached the copper toxicity treatment programme because you did not fulfil enough hidden toxicity markers, this is why I mentioned the ceruloplasmin test to see if there are any answers there. Please also review the rebalancing the body document as this contains info about mineral balancing.

Kindly ask your practitioner to provide the supplementation recommendations that ARL would have sent along with the rest of the report, and hopefully he/she will be reasonable. That's what I did with my practitioner and she sent it to me.

I did that already. Unfortunately - no effect.

btw - damn, our results are quite similar!

I thought a practitioner is to help you understand your result and make suggestions to change those?

What he did till now is basically only profile 1. Where is the info you get for ordering profile 2?

Yeah, they really are! I hope you do stick with ARL so we can track each other's progress. I'm only about a month in.

Here are my recommendations, for reference. We do have 1 really big difference in our results, though - Na/K ratio. You're in resistance stage of burnout, with a higher Na/K ratio, and I'm in the exhaustion stage. So take that into account when looking at my recs, because the limcomin is in there to raise Na/K ratio.

Also, not taking the prostacine and you should never either. It has Saw P.

I got my 4 lows supplement recommendation program!
1525156997815.png

On a content level, it translates to this:
1525156962019.png

According to dr Wilson's website, I could throw in 4 more ingredients:
  • L-Lysine
  • Tarragon
  • Kelp
  • TMG (I'd like to use Betaine HCl though, as I already have it)

I'll update my log as soon as I start supplementing.
I'd appreciate any suggestions you might have!

awesome bro, wishing you luck dude! Personally, I wouldn't add in anything else besides the suggested route at least to start out
