Same here... they were around all the time last year a bit when they visited me or when I first move, after miraculous improvements and making some money, they leave me alone more... still I need to be alone. I cannot coexist with others, very easily. (After Fin).

One bad thing with the fasting... My night erections are gone... I hope they can comeback... Now should I try some tribulus and cialis?
I was responding well to tribulus 2 times a day

Is it normal after this time of fasting my belly still hirts?
Endoscopy didn't show I was allergic to gluten, no bruises... Thank God I can eat pizza lol.
Still my belly is hurting and with gases... Should I do some kind of juice to flush the liver or can I eat the soup?

I'm also waiting for HCl betaine to help me with digestion. Should I take zinc and magnesium and potassium ( sodium I'll have the salt on the food)

AND gluten hurt tons of people with PFS.
I ate pizza like 14x in 10 yrs. And barely...
And with PFS... immediately after fasting = death.

No not after fatsing... Maybe in some.time like two or three months... Although my digestion sucks like everythig hurts....
Maybe i dont have gastic fluid or smtg because its very dry shit. Quesyion again liver? Liver flish?

I dunno man... liver, kidneys, everything's affected for some of us (like me), inflammation everywhere.. but looking at EVERY indv symptom, will surely drive a person mad.
FOCUS on TOTAL HEALING.

Seriously, avoid gluten like the plague. There are a few different indicators for gluten sensitivity, so even if you test negative for one you could test positive for another. Gluten is inflammatory in general, so even if you aren't overly sensitive you need to avoid it in PFS.

-1000% @Niles. I think it's worse than clear liquors, milk, and a ton of other things. I could smoke the next 20 days quit... look the same (not that that means health = glowing), and that can't be said about gluten for 20 days. (potatoe vodka Pravda or some other ones, and
Wyborowa, Chopin (good stuff), Cracovia (decent), Cracovia (can't rem, pretty decent). The wheat ones --> Destroy stomach a bit even w/ 0 gluten in diet at 23.
-obviously don't drink and don't smoke (I have not for a long long time). Gluten 30d straight? probably gain 8-10lb of water and fat. I always was sensitive to it, I think.
-WHEN a food source is worse than alcoholism... that paints a picture... that it needs to be avoided.

I'll avoid gluten but for one time I'd like to eat a pizza or bread... Or pasta. Otherwise we don't live... It avoid speccisly now yes for sure

By the way doctor gave me escitalopram... Or probably be in the hospital 10 days... Hope this doesn't screw me up

It's your own decision, but many people have gotten PSSD from escitalopram. Which is basically PFS but from SSRIs. I'd stay away from it unless you have no choice.

WTF dude i took snri (and had like the worst reaction possible) at 19-21... probably half that time, spent early 20's fixing money, life, career, and everything (way worse than most can ever imagine... mania a year long).
so no they're shyt. told you man.

-Restarting fin can be good and can also be disastrous. It's hard to tell which case is present for which person.
-People have done this on other forums and they... lost it basically.

--JUST go there, don't actually take the medicine, lie to your parents, only way... 2mo from now when a bit better and 6mo now a lot better, parents can't say much then.
--Don't do anything drastic.
-- Those meds, antidepressants have such a bs function. I told you science and studies that disprove basically they're entire "medicinal" value... so if your family are "pro medicine" and anti fasting.. well... I don't know man, i don't know what else to say. I didn't have any chose so i fasted long. And My family knows that I am capable mostly.
-and the ones that don't, screw it anyways.

I'll be in the hospital probably one week... O can try not to take the medicine... But they will controle it I guess... Oh well life was good
