Probably... I did the brand... that was rec'd here and maybe it's because of something I am intolerant to or pepsin.. but it messed me up and likely still does (not that bad, but bloated).
-Bloating went away slowly over 6months.
-Like 10-12lb water weight to 10 to 8 to 6 to 5.
-Taking either R-Andro or 4-Andro do add to water retention, but on PCT or with nothing, it's like 1-3lb or zero, lately. Took 4-6mo.
-Likely ella trials (normal and microdosing) and ru trials (normal and later microdosing), contributed to removal of excess water retn.
-And probably improved libido and decreased urological issues. I.E. remediation of shrinkage. Still ongoing process tho...
-and I don't know, maybe some of these are useless to others, maybe even slightly harmful. With no CLEANSE (i.e. FAST) to detox,
-they could very well be.
-CD's herbs can be good too... I bought them twice. Last yr did not help enough without cleansing more. Water fast for me... long.
-I am glad I had some more on hand though for PCT from prohormones, possible anti-prolactin affect, and in between anti-glucocortiocoids.

-note: AGAIN to anyone else: I did not 100% run (as in only doing those and all measures there) Cd's protocol. I did a lot of it, but other things too.
-Hence, it was experimental and modified, and amended several times (all I did). eventually made a lot of sense, as I can think straight again.

Yes the bloating is really a pain in the ass... Everything I ate gives me gases... I hope mine can get over also... R andro and 4 andro will help me.recover the weight and muscular mass right?

Yes, I was stronger than ever and leaner than ever Dec. 2016. Totally messed up summer to winter 2017 (lost 12lb --by accident, then gained like 30 or so (never in 10 yrs was I that overweight or even close to it, not in like 15 yrs)).
---> THEN, close 5-7mo ago but for water retn and stronger in lifts, and 4mo ago better on lean days way better, last 2-3mo and 1month
---> leaner, stronger than ever.

Dude I did 5000+ dips in like 9 weeks. I did 52 leg press reps yesterday, 380-460 reps total, 70+ dips, above bodyweight back 3 exercises, like 140+ reps total there... so 192 252 reps there.... and a lot more, shoulder raises 60... thats 312 reps rite there, and that was half my workout. My off day yesterday had 30-40 dips, 58pushups. That's OFF prohormones.

PEOPLE on east coast said "you look jacked", girls check me out and all that other bullshit.
Hell, guys check me out too.
On the surface, all pretty good at times... it appears, but most don't know my endgame. --> in life I mean.

80 dips *6 d *10 weeks is a ton... like 480, 4800 but often way more than 80. Sometimes less, injured a bit now.

- It did work.
- SOLVEPFS and other sites want to crucify me... and their mods believe me lol.
- Just like JESUS, they never believed him until it was too late. No wonder he was so pissed off in all those movies.

--Whatever path / protocol / experimental regimen you choose to do --- it must become routine. More important than a job, or relationship:

- All this stuff has to become routine.
- And I'm sure it was... as you played soccer and stuff...
-so those routines and mind-body connections (everywhere, neurologically, cardiovascular, and endocrine, the entire nervous system really) , will come back.
- You won't want to fuck up...and you'll be glad you didn't.

- AND cold showers daily too.
- Avoid estrogenic things ideally like TMO users do. I did mostly, but take cologne and all that now, but if really really sick, yeah I did not.

- Maybe ARL/TEI after 3months or sooner than later... I did not yet...but this worked pretty damn fast anyways. YMMV.
-Be highly Androgenic and or Anabolic (not always both), and not highly estrogenic unlike modern society.

Hey, RE: Electrolytes Dosing:
Note: --I did try this but not as committed as I was for the "simplified electrolytes protocol"

-1. As Helen said: Tei and ARL are good ways to balance oxidation and mineral ratios, get back to health, without playing around with the electrolyte protocol. It's general but
also selective as per your hair test. There's a lot more to it than that but basically this. Correcting small imbalances that became larger ones over time (Bruschi11).

-2. It was asked, what kind of doses should we use as per hair test results (HTMA; i.e. TEI and ARL results).

Slayo said: Dosages are subjective. First thing you have to do is to find your na/k, once you find it you increase the dosages keeping the same ratio, you can mix them in 1,5L
of water and drink it during the day, just experiments increasing slowly
-Again, focus on refeed... and take some maybe of the electrolytes or whatever MattyB said. He knows his stuff, his refeed advice was really helpful as I ended fast/strtd refeed

I don't know my radio yet so... I'll try to be wise and drink 1g day of K, and MG.
Sodium I'll pit the sea salt on the food and then to an hair test

-I think that sounds right... maybe start lower... I took capsules when I was frustrated by the liquids... still worked ok or well, I think well considering no "crashes", but yeah
-"correct dosing" and bioavailable sources, is ideal. And yes, finding correct dosing is a challenge. Titrate up slowly as per Na/K perhaps (maybe that's for slow's, not sure).
-I think the sea salt (himalayan pink sea salt or better) with all food is ideal. Adding bananas and maybe things like cacao (myb not) for K, Mg respectively (later into refeed).

Yes very fry no coming no erection... Awful .
Thanks niles and bruschi. I'm going to an asilum now... Lol my parents think I'm crazy"

Have varicoeles all over my body after of a... Probably.in my penis. I did an eco to my penis at least no calcification or fibrosis. Maybe I can try the pump..."

-1. Hey man been busy, also dealing with external events.
-2. ARE you sure, it's an asylum...?? Myb you mean hospital, but the psyche department? Myb you're kidding...
-3. MY PARENTS KNOW I'm "crazy" and v. v. (I'm the better kind of crazy (until great stress/ poor health events) and was even as a little kid, for better or for worse).
-4. TRUE craziness isn't due to a severely depressing --- one time event like PFS... FASTING longer could have helped, but I understand you're lean and light as it is...
-5. TRY not to take the crazy pills... but, let us know if they prescribe/ make you take them.
-6. MY stuff now, looks good... progress, but keep in mind I mostly do not discuss the 7-11months of hell, before Jan end. It was hard for sure.
-7. It's not like my parents believed in me back then. Of course it's hard, but there's no reason to give up.
-9. Anything worth doing, is worth fighting for. -10. TEI ARL in later stage could be soon for all I know, like a month or even less, after regrowing your hair.

i did most man.... im glad for electrolytes/ simplified electrolytes, Ru486, and Ella*. and in a different way for R-andro/4-Andro too (with diet and exercise... all of them, but of course these 2 specifically, because they are workout drugs).

Again I did this: Fast-->Refeed--Vegan--->later meat--->later more carbs --->Simplified electrolytes ("defunct" for now) ---> Ella --> R-A/4-A 1-->
Ru ---> R-A/4-A 2---> Ru and prog during that... ---> PCT also each time after R-Andro + 4-Andro... and soon TEI (that's it in a nutshell).

-Also Choline, some other stuff (Nicotine -- plenty of people use it), but most that kind of thing wasn't really for PFS... CHOLINE can help PFS as can COGNITEX with 2 compounds in it... (iherb). Alpha GPC or Citocoline... I like citocoline, literally gets rid of addictive tendencies in me (pretty decently at least).

I think I'll have my hormonal exams after I come from the hospital... I need to check with you guys where can I get these things NAD for how long should I do this after refeeding. I'm starting now to put some lean protein on the soup ( chicken or salmon) so my theeth start to work) I also ate some grapes alone yesterday... @IHateFin told me about potassium loading Als. So know I'm confused

K is good man for sure. Ihatefin know's what's happening. It helped him (when not mega dosed)... there's no one answer.
Mine got shipped like a country away and I ran out of earlier ones, but I'll get more later... TEI is just a generalized balancing protocol for everyone regardless if they have a post drug disorder or not. I do eat bananas and sweet potatoes and regular potatoes (around and after*** strength training sessions).

Life's confusing man, look at me.

I know I was talking about the refers. I don't want to speed things up but my intake now should be in 1000 kcal more or less ( day 5) I eat soup mostly, now some chicken in it and sometimes fruit alone

I’m sorry to hear of what you’re going through Pedro but also relieved to hear you haven’t taken up the advice of that doctor/nurse who hasn’t not got a clue what she is doing. There have been bad sufferers of pfs who then took an antiandrogen or manipulated hormones and they are very sadly no longer with us.

From my extensive reading of this forum and others, it appears that pfs sufferers should stay away from SSRI medications. I couldn’t sleep more than an hour or two without waking and it was destroying me more than I already was. I eventually started taking mirtazepine, which is an antidepressant but not an SSRI. It hasn’t done much in the way of helping mentally but is has allowed me to sleep eight hours uninterrupted each night. The best thing you can do, if you can, is to avoid all medications altogether. However, do try to avoid the SSRI class if you feel you need to try something.

You are still in the heavy crashing period so my advice would be to try to avoid any strenuous activity altogether, forget about protocols or anything like that until you have relatively stabilised. It took me around five months to stabilise to the point I didn’t feel like I needed to be rushed to hospital suddenly throughout the week.

Take care as much as you can and be sure to keep us updated. You are not alone in this struggle, many of us can relate. Be strong Pedro.
