Hey guys, thinking about trying cdnuts herb cycle but slightly apprehensive about it.

So I should be getting around 7 of these herbs and taking each one once a week, is that right? Has anyone here had experience doing this that they would be able to share? It seems risky introducing my body to all these new chemicals in such a short space of time.
Advice would be much appreciated
We can have this conversation here, so that others who are interested in trying it don't have to go to Swole Source. That's exactly why this section was created.
And no need to worry. There is no risk as they are not chemicals, they are 100% natural, plant based, dried herbs. Nothing more, nothing less. All herbs from this company are tested for quality control and the test results are available if need be. Don't let the simplicity fool you.....they are powerful medicine. Every herb on the list has been tested by not only myself, but hundreds of other guys. I NEVER recommend something that I haven't personally done before.
You want to start with AT LEAST 7 so that you have a weekly cycle. As your finances allow, add more herbs. The longer the cycle, the more T boosting angles you hit as each herb works differently in your system to create it's effect. You simply take one herb per day, based on that herbs instructions. Usually you take it once in the a.m. on an empty stomach, and once in the later part of the afternoon.
Ultimately, you want to work up to a three week cycle, with 21 different herbs. You'll be quite surprised at how good this will make you feel. More energy, better sleep and just a better over-all feeling and mood will follow. Even though I'm recovered, this is something that I will do for life as will most others who adopt this approach. Once you get the feel for it and start to reap the benefits, it's not something that you're going to want to stop doing.
The best part is, the herbs work naturally WITH your system, building you up, as opposed to shutting you down, as a man made chemical would.
As the site mentions, the herbs work the best when all other aspects of the protocol are being followed, particularly diet and exercise being the two other main spokes of the program.
