I think DHT is very beneficial. Everytime I lower it I feel opposite of good. The lower I get DHT the worse I feel. The higher the better. Now I have never done bloodwork when I have high DHT feeling but I have a good feeling when I have high DHT.

Same for when I took high dosage of Proviron for a few weeks, even in PFS I felt highly confident, no neuroticism, etc. Feeling good in life.

You will have an aura that is unmatched. Girls at my work bought me food and shit. Wanted to go on dates. LOL It was crazy.

Now I have low-normal DHT and I feel OK but never "great" like you wake up and you want to go out there and conquer the world. Raw attraction between me and girls is minimal. When it is higher (I assume - never done bloodwork when I feel high) everything in life is easier. Girls want to talk with you. Guys respect you. When it is low you will feel just normal peasant or when it is really low you will feel below that.

I think DHT is literally confidence and drive in hormone. As long as your estrogen is not crazy low. Estrogen is what makes androgens work. This is why exogonous DHT hormone is not that great long term. Because the exogonous DHT will compete with estrogen and lower it. So eventually the feeling good will go away because you tipped over to lower estrogen.

I think having DHT in middle is best of both worlds. You won't completely nuke your hairline and you will feel good and confident.

But even high DHT I think can be good. Combined with high testosterone for muscle and estrogen for libido and muscle in middle. You will be a beast.

Fwiw my dht is a good bit above the reference range and estrogen is normal and I'm the opposite of confident and driven.

Dude I had low-normal DHT. Still shedding from time to time. I think for me it is more too fast oxidation or something. Not high DHT. I guess there are more then 1 way.

I had high DHT never took fin then. that was before FIN, and I had severe panic attacks, and when I took fin, my sex drive exploded as my confidence.

Many people take fin without even testing DHT))

Yes i wrote this and then saw it was stupid. Maybe I never had high dht just too fast oxidation

You just had shedding then right ?
Its probably fast oxidizer loose hair and count goes down, slow oxidizer get more calcification with "pattern".

Some fast oxidizers like that could have too high aldosterone action. Receptors is too sensitive, this is why DHT does not go up. Since DHT causes release of aldosterone.


Sodium is getting retained. and this stops adrenaline, and tyrosine all goes into the thyroid. And thus you see faster oxidation.

The best diet is diet that helps you. I had craziest results on PALEO with some junk / ordered cheat meals (some bread and meat. godtier canadian cow meat i.e. beef and burgers (i hate bread but ya)). when sick? bread?? fuck no.

when good and doing well, some bread to add cals? YA son.

keto? not for me, esp not when lifting weights hard, i get nauseated.

plants only??? I don't fuck dudes so no.

Juice??? fuck that. except pre and post workout maybe. some fruts/ vegs? sure whatever son.

honestly best ever would be swimming daily in the ocean and lifting hardcore, and eating one elk per month or per 2 months, all elk self hunted (with hands or rifle), but I can't do all that shyt. maybe some day.

no one eats plants based in the US. they eat stake, meat all the freaking time. I have no idea where you are seeing this.

It is only recently they started to eat plant based to get better from all the meat eating before.

now they got fucked up on vegans, and now new videos and bullshit stories showed up from meat only

I've seen people die of cancer, and their whole family aged dramatically (of course from stress) but from eating vegan, long term. Way less muscle, grey hair, less in shape. They had good diets before, in America and were well off.

Lots of this thread is wrong straight up and many others, I Am just having some fun. I care more about my health anyways than some stereotypical american, or whatever's diet.

INDIA would be 1000x healthier with meat diets. FOR sure, diabetes, heart disease would go rapidly down. There's a reason many indians, punjabis are 6'0- 6'2 in the west. We aren't religious (or most aren't that much at least, some are), and we eat meat.

most nutrient dense food there is.
My B12 over 1200 or over 1500 in 2018 was probably meat and spinach, among other things.

Raw carnivore isn't for me but I do eat rare.

I may be on a dif diet in long term mineral balancing, and get healthy enough... IDK I might just eat paleo and then, return to carnivore or like eat whatever within reason. Like I did for years. Even some chocolate or ice cream, etc.

FOr pure optimal performance, maybe an ever changing or more specific diet with TEI. Or carnivore. People are different and yet we are the same species.
