It's an estrogen thing. Or it was for me..... I was the opposite prior PFS, I had DE. Literally having thirty, fourty minute....sometimes to an hour sessions. My now wife and others before her literally would bitch it took so long. I didn't enjoy it either, and honestly I think mine was probably due to a light porn addiction I didn't think was that odd......society, lol. Once PFS hit, it switched to the other extreme, PE.

For the PFS induced PE, I narrowed it down to estrogen, and low estrogen at that causing it. It would get substantially worse on R Andro. I added in 4 Andro, during my recovery - and it was like immediately cured. It came back again for a week or so after that R/4 Andro run, and then went away for good. Something in the estrogen receptor/system is what causes it, in my experience. Your mileage may vary, of course.

I'm in the exact same boat and PE is one of the last symptoms that I still suffer from and I have also noticed it getting worse even though my other symptoms are getting better. I am able to get hard easily once again even though my libido isn't always the greatest, but I'm never really able to perform because of the PE. I always figured it was from the lack of allopregnenolone (GABA) caused by Fin since in the beginning the symptom would get much better if I were to take a benzo before having sex. Now though, not even a benzo seems to help me that much. Other than that, it could be caused b the high SHBG that most of the PFS sufferers suffer from as well.

Any other ideas on what could be causing it and how we could combat it? If I can fix this problem I could probably live the rest of my life with PFS or what's left of it without even thinking about it much.

Theoretically, yes. The 4 Andro is going to aromatize still. Might want to have something to substitute for R Andro so that you don’t get overboard on the E, but that’s all. I would think Pine Pollen would do this just fine, personally.
