I had one prior to PFS and still have one (although much smaller and less noticeable) currently. Urologist told me that he could remove it if I wanted but I’ve not elected to. My wife and I plan to start trying to have children soon, so we’ll see if that has anything to do with it. If so, guess I’ll be having it removed. I know @Boris had one and had it removed from his previous posts.

Nothing notticeable visibly and no discomfort or pain which is the diagnosis of it,
but after a hot shower or feeling hot in general when there is hanging lower, there could be felt some cluster or some on the left side. I think its normal with standing still activities and with age in general.

Whats your thoughts on the subject. Do you think this could play role in testosterone levels ? @Helen

please share

One of the very first symptoms when I switched from fin to dut was dry orgasms in 2007.. I thought for sure it was retrograde ejaculate caused by varicocele, i took a 3 herrb stack of horsechestnut, bilberry, butchers broom.. all for vein support

it wasnt the problem though, just low androgens, still had healthy libido at the time

the dry o.s resolved about a year later, but the overall crash continued

I have a very minor one, one that doesn't bother me as long as I don't wear boxers and take cold showers and also do yoga squats to keep the pelvic floor relaxed and stretched. As soon as I feel it radiating heat I just do a yoga squat for a couple minutes and it disappeares.

I've had one since 13, when I went for a slide tackle playing soccer and got a cleat to the nut. So painful. It fluctuates in size a lot more since PFS.

I have one looks worse since PFS . Never had symp I know about That are caused by it, no symptoms since PFS. Looks like a bag worms. Always Had PE, Not sure if this could be related. I also had a varicose vein in my left leg that I had to have my great saphenous vein lasered four.

Why do you ask about this topic?

The flow comes from the right side vain and the left side is supposed to drain it or some and due to some reasons genetical, sedentiary lifestyle, iron copper disregulation the flow out (left side) of that area is not super smooth so it holds to some degree and it widens the vessels. Remember this on top of my head if im correct.

@tanedout if you have varicocele , and especially if it is in the left nut. then it shows that you have some kind of version of nutcracker syndrome.

the body then makes varicocele to help bypass the blockages. and most of it goes thru the prostate.

then folks take fin or other androgen deprivation stuff and it kills their nitric oxide completely and then there is no bypass

this is how you end up a fast oxidizer.( fake one) since nutcracker syndrome causes hyperprogesteronism and hypercortisol since the pressure on the adrenal gland just secretes those.

Renal vein supression as cause of varicocele on left side !?

That seems like mechanical issues, either you have vein supression or not.

What about liver issues making issues towards kidneys, supressing that vein. Its known liver can cause problems with upper back and neck, why not kidneys too ,esp on left side.

nutcracker syndrome is the cause of varicoele on the left side I would say in 90% cases.

the causes of nutcracker SYNDROME are tons. that is why it is a syndrome.

scoliosis. bad posture. sitting at the computer. etc , I would assume tons of reasons. could be born with it though
