High iron probably the worst for potassium retention (high cortisol + high DHT, both things that lower potassium)
first sentence is right for 100%high progesterone = low potassium right?
high progesterone creation = lower zinc (uses up zinc?)
Where did you write how to retain potassium ? Should I consume red meat always with a source of potassium ?PTSD/trauma (extreme high cortisol until potassium is down the drain) another way to get low potassium quick in your life especially with a bad diet. Probably case with me too since I had a corrective operation on my dick as a baby and clearly didn't 100% eat the right diet after. I ate healthy thanks to parents incl. a ton of veggies, high potassium food, meat, but I think once you get low on potassium it's hard to lift it up with just food.
My dick still hurts sometimes when I have flashbacks. I think most people have these flashbacks varying in extremity (what happened to you). Can also be extreme psychological stress probably etcetera.
Similarly to circumcision (which is also an operation to the dick, even more extreme/bad) this can affect the brain just like PTSD sufferers. Causes low potassium and so you get low metabolism from a very young age. Then you just collect metals and diseases. Plus makes you more emotional volatile. Probably also from low potassium. I notice when I got low potassium I get aggressive.
Just like my grandfather who was in two wars he never understood his condition (which yes was worse than what I experienced obviously). People still don't and promote TRT for people with PTSD which lowers potassium even further. Crazy stuff. Or keto just as bad. Or they use drugs which also have a negative effect I think on potassium.
Now it's not like ok I take potassium and it's fixed it's like ruprmurdoch says your body needs to retain potassium and stop losing it as much. Just like Helen also said.
If you are in respiratory acidosis probably your aceticolin is high (also high phosphorus in the blood Helen said) or is not being degraded efficiently causing you to retain CO2 in the lungs as is also the case with serotonin... of course there may be other causes that may cause you to retain more CO2 not only in the lungs. I hope this is useful to you.is this question even logicall ? what does repiratory acidosis and cholinergic system have common?
Progesterone in serum ?If Your health is getting better, You will start to retain potassium. So if You decrease infection, potassium retention will also grow. Also pine pollen cycling. Check progesterone levels IT is one of best indicators of potassium retention level
