If some of you have knowledge how to build your neck, I would be grateful. Any help/opinion will be welcome.
I would like to increase vascularity of my neck, I found some of videos on youtube how to workut with neck muscles, but maybe some of you are hitting gym and have good excersises and training plan, and also experience what to avoid and on what I should place more emphasis.

My olympic wrestler friends (Greco-Roman) practiced something like this but with a little rotating motion (be careful though they have really thick necks already)

You go for a walk on the 'boardwalk' at evening and start twisting your neck after passing chicks, see if that make some gains, but dont forget to take your protein shake after the exercise. Six sets/lengths at least.

What I found good is keep your chin down during heavy exercises like dead lifts and cleans etc. (or really any exercise tbh) So like at the end of the extension point your chin down towards your chest and your neck and you will feel your neck flex so from a side view your neck and face should almost be a straight line. So every single rep you should do that and its like a full neck workout in itself even though you are working shoulders or back or chest. I actually started doing this before isolation workouts and it works well. Other than that just lay at the end of your bed with your head hanging out and put a circle weight on your forehead and slowly lift your neck up and bring your chin to to the top of your chest in a curling type motion and do like 50-100 of them a few times a week. Bridges are okay too but a lot of people get injured from them it seems.

This is the one I do. Eventhough I lost a lot of weight in the past months my neck is thick. Not insanely thick but thicker than what you would expect for my body type. Also MMA made it bigger when I did it since you are stabilising the head a lot. I would start light and build good form (just like other lifts) and go on 45lbs and do as many reps as possible when you do them.
