How to free up/ increase glutathione?

I felt great on NAC at first but eventually got anhedonia and rebound anxiety. Any tips?

Now I go low and slow, very low dose nac 2x 50mg daily combined with binders. Somehow NAC makes my balls and dick bigger. So I want to keep experimenting with it. If I didnt get the anhedonia it would be perfect .
You can try whey instead.

Personally haven’t tried NAC but whey is doing me good.

What is everyone taking these days for protein? I found a german whey that is 100% hydrolyzed would be ideal for digesting/getting the most aminos even with shit digestion. Not sure what else is out there tho

It is crazy how prices went up like 50-60%. But still thisi is the cheapest I can find in our country + it has nothing in it only small amount of sunflower lecithin.. I think you don't need hydro. CFM is perfectly ok. The key here is to not have boating and gas which I don't have. There are only trace amounts of lactose.. Also CFM is still bioactive. It has a lot of all kinds of peptides etc. that are good for immune system. Which I need since my white blood cells are low.. I would like to buy that 90% version, but that costs 50% more which si ridiculous for little more amino acids and little less lactose.. I also do hydrolyzed beef collagen. Those two combined together give you pretty balanced amino acid profile.. I will avoid megadosing single amino acids like taurine, glycine, lysine etc.. I think it did more harm than good by lowering other amino acids..

I'd just take the essential amino acids and eat food for the rest. Whey works too of course. But I hate the taste of normal whey. Although EAA's also taste like shit. Reason why I don't take either lol.

Unflavored whey protein tastes like nothing almost. How that can be a problem? Or if you make smoothie with fruit etc.. How can you not like it hehe.. Flavored whey protein shakes are often really good tasting. Fitness people live on it. THey flavor everything with it..

The ones I had tasted like crap, the unflavoured ones. With flavor better yes.

Well hydrolyzed whey protein is disgusting. It has bitter taste, but normal whey CFM or isolate is perfectly fine.. It can't taste bad.. It is more neutral taste..

This one suits me very well, very affordable grass-fed whey with only natural flavour, no sweeteners.

Is there a point taking EAAs if you’re getting appropriate protein intake? I have a lot of protein each day, but EAAs seem to give me a slight boost. Not sure why?

Amino acids in free form has more drug like effect. THey hit blood stream really fast.. I take whey protein even when I eat meat daily because I want to make sure that my body has amino acids even if my digestion will go sluggish. Taking some EAAs between the meals can help for sure or simply every time you don't have a chance to eat good protein from eggs, meat etc.. You can just take some EAAs or in my opinion much better choice is to mix whey protein with hydrolyzed collagen. That will give you probably the best range and ratio of basically all amino acids..

nice, you take it on empty stomach or with meals?
I don't take them anymore. But I used to combine with a meal I think and with taking minerals.

EAA is just extra and easy to absorb. I never take them anymore but I think they are helpful if tyou had long term protein deficiency from bad digestion.
