How to kill infections without the use of 5ari?

I need to kill infections off now. I have a bacterial one in my eye, fungal one all over my feet, groin, and chest. I also have a C.Diff infection.

I am overwhelmed and have no clue where to even begin. Can someone give me a few pointers?

typically we've focused on improving longer term health using HTMA and following the supplement protocol. it can help with infections too.
but are yours acute and serious or are they long term issues? if acute and serious maybe medical care is better in the short run.
