Thought it would be helpful if the people who have been on hydrogen could post a quick recap here of what effects it had on them so we can compare things and see who does good on it and who doesn’t.

Tell us your hydrogen story :)

Tried it, didn't sleep at all the first night but felt pretty good for a few days. Most nights falling asleep was near impossible, the lack of sleep caught up to me, super high adrenaline activation all the time etc. So I had to quit. It helped a lot with brain fog and fatigue, but the tradeoff of not sleeping was not one I could take (and negated the benefits after a while anyways).

So @barbaar, it "sped you up". It increased your oxidation rate (as per those hair tests)?

Sounds pretty good tho. You felt good for a few days? What were the negative side effects besides the sleep?

I felt super wired all the time, high adrenaline etc. And after sleeping like ~2 hours a night for a few days things start to fall apart no matter how good it makes you feel otherwise. It also didn't do much for PSSD besides lowering fatigue and brain fog.

Funny thing, my brother also gets brain fog sometimes (not caused by medication or w/e, he says it's because he faps too much lol). And it completely fixes his brain fog without causing insomnia.

I think with hydrogen we don't know what is supposed to happen still. Like is the short term effect the same as the long term effect or is there like some temporary phase that you feel like crap on it like a chelation phase and than your body's metabolism levels out and you feel good and normal. The guy hydrogen man that we do know you has been taking it for years takes loads of it daily and doesn't seem to have adrenaline or wired issues. Hydrogen did give me mild insomnia too and I felt overstimulated as well, but if I kept taking it for months would that change, not sure. It also helped my digestion a lot though in a good way.

what would be a good amount to drink a day? did we see a change in sides after say over 1L was consumed.

Im drinking 1.5L at the moment for about 4-5 days so far slight increase in energy and bit less brain Fog . maybe sleeping is lightly affected but not enough to be a problem

I used for a month or so. First time I took it it gave me energy and mood way above my shit pfs baseline. It continued to work like this for a while. Seemed to get less effective though. So I just slowly stopped taking it after about a month or so. Only take it once in a while now. Can’t really think of any serious neg sides I experienced

My second hair test was sent in (July 2018) right around the end of my experiment with hydrogen water + had done 1 month ARL , and compared to first (which was January 2018 I think) my calcium came way down , copper came down a bit , see my log

I mean if someone really wanted to give it a go and wanted to be dedicated just get a hair test and blood panel and take hydrogen for months and test again. It would give us a better idea of what is going on. Basically to see if the feeling weird part in the beginning goes away after months of use.
