New results are in.
This is after doing Resveratrol for some "cycles", and TEI for 60 days with some Resveratrol/histidine.
For the last 30 days or so Im additionally tracking my Cu intake to be below 0.8 mg. Not easy at all.

+ Seems like adrenals finally picked up.
Ever since I started copper chelation, even though my copper level on the test declined, Sodium did too.
What I think happened was that the body actually slowed down excreting copper.

- Manganese wtf dude.
- Copper rose again. Do not care to much, Im doing much much better. Just tells me that there is still work to do. Could just be that Im actually excreting more again.
- Potassium still unchanged.

Something I noticed doing copper chelation for this long is that I can handle heat much much better.

It always annoyed me that when ever I sat in a room with more than 22 °C I felt too warm and really uncomfortable. Always starting to sweat really fast. After workout shower I always needed a lot of time to cool down to not start to sweat again.

Now I dont even have any issue with having 28/29 °C inside. I still feel the heat, but its not uncomfortable and my body doesnt react to it the way it did anymore.
You could compare it like humid to dry heat.

Another thing is muscle soreness.

I work out for almost 10 years now. And I pretty much never had any besides after being sick or taking breaks from working out. Always thought other people having muscle soreness werent used to the amount of workout / load or would not eat enough.

But right now Im sore pretty much after every workout.

WIll continue TEI for another 1.5 Months. Supplements havent really changed from day 1. ^^ As have the results. Cant understand how some peoples hairtest jump from slow to fast without them noticing any changes.

New:
TEI results 6.6.19.jpg

the one before:
TEI 2.19.jpg

But overall im greatly improving. Every cycle of Resveratrol improved my baseline. 2 Months of TEI did too. I dont think it will completely be gone the next 30 days, but it seems like it is fading slowly till its completely gone.
Im in good hope that I should be well functioning in the next 1-2-3 months.

Looking forward to resume studying this year.

Great to hear , bud. I saw copper go extremely high in some people for couple of months, when they really started to dump it and then total recovery

I guess when copper stops antagonizing your histamine, your b12 will go up and iron

+ I see how high manganese is associated with Colitis.

I think if you want to keep your colitis in remission, its probably best to have low adrenals aka low mn.
So the body does not excrete too much at once.
+ azathioprine to keep metabolism low and mesalazine as maybe low grade binder.

But not if you want to change things up. Even though I dont think mesalazine would be hindering.

@HerrFisch I guess when adrenaline starts working. you will stop living off protein, and your biotin, manganese will let go since ammonia would fall.

Berry nice.

You have low levels of toxic metal excretion - isn't that a sign that you are poor eliminator of these metals?

Could you describe dosages and length? thanks

First one was 30-40 days. 125mg at first, upped it to 250mg. But I had lots of blood sugar issues so I think I kept it low.

Second one I did was 500mg after I noticed that I needed manganese to get rid of the blood sugar issues. After that I haven’t had issues with Res since. (I think 30 days also)

And then I did 500mg Resveratrol with 200mg Baicalein. Again ~30 days.

Not 100% sure but something like that.

uuh 7 years...

Wanted to check back in to the forum to finally update my log /say where I went wrong. But need to find the time to do that properly.

Basically did that "copper detox/toxicity" for a while after I left from here, but I got worse. Not my specific gut issues but general health.
I had almost non existent iron in blood. Hemoglobin at 4, TSAT at 4%. (In retrospect caused by copper deficiency, likely made iron stuck or unusable).
In the hospital I got daily blood transfusions as they tried to get my iron up, but took quite long.
After that my gut issues got the worst they had ever been - even though docs said all inflammation markers etc are now great (Lol exactly like before).

Didn't do anything for a year or more after that. Was scared to do anything and didn't know what to...
So I was back stuck in the "doc says everything is looking great" while I was unable to live and do anything.
Like ... in the hospital almost dying from anemia I was doing better than after I got iron back up. (Talking about my issues not general health)

Eventually did get back into researching stuff (but without falling for any dogmata or trend/ input from forums); started supplementing copper; hemoglobin normal, transferrin, TSAT all rose. Was feeling better.
Doing that for a while (not taking any iron), my TSAT rose to 50% then 65%, Iron in blood was really high. Transferrin low.
Then started to do a lot of chelating, binding iron the best I can do. And ate a very low iron diet. (With a lot of copper and manganese)

That's basically what solved my health issues lol. From misinterpreting a hair mineral analysis as copper toxicity to finding out it was Iron all along.
I guess my body had trapped iron and was using all the copper for export which I then completely removed so that stopped the export and usage of iron almost completely.

In retrospect and with all the research I put in after that, it certainly makes more sense.
Just the fact that iron is the only mineral that actually can accumulate - having the only excretion pathway being blood loss. (+ gut cells/skin cells shedding) [funny how that's exactly what's happening in Colitis]
Also the stuff that helped back then wasn't just chelating copper but also binding iron. (Like resveratrol etc.)

But that scratches just the surface. (Macrophages, polarization, mast cells, polyamines, sphingolipids, PPARy, prostaglandins, ferroptosis, ...)
More directly causing my issues I would say is/was mast cells & TRPV receptors - which is directly connected to labile iron issues.
Will see how, when and if I will address that here in more detail.

But yeah, iron chelation, blood donations (and a few other things im doing) for quite a long time now. Not as aggressively anymore though.
No signs of Iron deficiency - but getting iron out/moving fixed my issues

//// even though iron reduction helped im not claiming iron toxicity. Claiming any mineral or vitamin that is actively used by enzymes in the body to be toxic is just mad.

Nuts.

I think it’s estrogen receptor beta that ends up dumping iron from pancreas.

Where you gotta keep cobalt chromium in place. Copper can do that. Assuming copper is keeping b6 active using your zinc. Copper can make that worse too if it’s making you more acidic.

Ultimate ERb runs on cobalt chromium but you make co2 well you retain cobalt . Copper can be pro co2 or anti depending on the full situation.

@HerrFisch would love to see you do an oligoscan. I know you’re into this stuff.

The site is a mess. We have nobody controlling the tech. I think we gotta find another site.

It must be costing tubzy nothing but he’s not here and we don’t have a tech guy at all . I have zero access to the tech stuff on the site and I wouldn’t know what I was doing if I did smh

@HerrFisch Yeah it makes sense that iron stuff. Look how we should live natural life. You are always loosing blood by parasites, insects, injuries very high level of activity etc.. and on top of that evolution doesn't even care if you end up iron toxic in second half of life. At that point you should make plenty of new humans and that's the main point of your existence from evolution perspective.. So blood loss is in my eyes one of the most important "biohacks" for longevity for sure. Especially if you eat heme iron a lot. If you are vegan and you eat bunch of stuff with each meal that blocks iron absorption I think you can be ok even without donating blood.. But in general for people over 40-50 who eat "normal diet" blood loss is a must for longevity I think..

I would never ever take iron supps let alone transfusions.. Even if I would have real anemia from low iron I would just take lactoferin and eat shit load of beef..

Interesting man thanks for the update. Makes sense with the resveratrol as well yea it does things to lower iron/absorption too.

Pretty sure it's not TubZy hosting the website. Wasn't it another guy from the old forum? He just put this website online as a sort of library/documentation to find old posts.
