Update for yesterday 10/9/17

My mood was amazing!! I was so so happy and loving life! I took 10g of inositol and after a couple hours of feeling off n dizzy my mood was flying! I felt so much appreciation for my gf n looked forward to every little thing on the vacation I'm on! I even looked forward to being back home n seeing my mom haha weird. Music sounded great too! Libido was crap but Dick sensativity was great.

Today 10/10/17

I only took 8g. Last night I slept much better so I'm glad inositol is starting to not give me sleep issues. My mood isn't as flying as it once was but I'm still enjoying life. Tomorrow I'm taking 12g and we will see if I have anything significant to report.

Keep up the good work dude! Happy that you are making improvements and enjoying vacation time. It’s nice to break away from the routine. Wishing you lots of healing, hyper libido, and massive erections. Save the ammunition though as prolactin is a pain in the ass haha!

Jack, which serotonin effects were you scared of? Was it the diarrhea?

serotonin for me lowers my drive and my libido and erection/orgasm quality.
That is interesting Jack. How did you arrive at the conclusion that serotonin is lowering your drive, libido, and erections? How is your mood at the moment?

It does have serotonin effects, yes; however it has even stronger dopamine effects. It heavily increases D2 receptor densities plus its effects on thyroid are incredible. Read up on some of that.

bro, you know i'm all about that D density lol.

aztec I know it lowers my libido cuz I experimented with st. johns wort 2-3 years ago which raises seratonin and it made me happier but lowered my libido / erection strength.

before I crashed I had a weird libido. it was outrageously high but it got fucked with easily by st. john's wort, kratom, and over 5-6 servings of alcohol.

Ayooo! Lol before my crash my libido was always stupid high too lol I never messed with suppiliments before I crashed other than protandim which both would make me hypersexual and sometimes more calm

Update:

Yesterday was great!! Felt overwhelming joy and appreciation for all the service received on my cruise. I also got very emotional and came close to crying I was so happy when a song came on that brought back so many memories.

10/13/17
I woke up with improved morning wood and great energy and personality! My gf even said "oh god get the ADHD meds lol" I was extra silly. I took 18g today and will continue this dose for the next 4 weeks. Now that this stuff no longer messes up my sleep I may start taking this at night moving forward.

Glad to hear you are having success.

Do you have plans of getting off inositol at some point in the future?

Awesome stuff. Just got my RU in the mail yesterday lol I want to just eat it right now but gonna wait for after my fast. So you're thinking the short cycle 4 days 50mg per dose would be best right?

Great to hear man! I personally dont understand how inositol is related to this all, it doesnt affect prolactine right?

glad to hear you are taking another turn for the better. The inositol is interesting. I know nothing about what it is but it sounds like this is deff responsible for your improvements.

Inositol is directly involved with potassium and serotonin. Potassium is directly involved with progesterone. from the studies above if you have high potassium you have low inositol. If you have low potassium and low Co2 you have high inositol.

Inositol in this case seems to be treating the symptoms. Read this guys PSSD feedback.

May be when people change their body chemistry with ella or ru, they can handle inositol better. body will retain inositol anyway, but may be some of these guys sped up the retention by taking it.
