Glad to hear you are having success.

Do you have plans of getting off inositol at some point in the future?

yes, i will discontinuing it after 4 to 6 weeks straight of 18g a day. based on the person whom got cured from this stuff the magic started really happening once he dropped it so im kind of trying to replicate that.

Update:

Yesterday was great!! Felt overwhelming joy and appreciation for all the service received on my cruise. I also got very emotional and came close to crying I was so happy when a song came on that brought back so many memories.

10/13/17
I woke up with improved morning wood and great energy and personality! My gf even said "oh god get the ADHD meds lol" I was extra silly. I took 18g today and will continue this dose for the next 4 weeks. Now that this stuff no longer messes up my sleep I may start taking this at night moving forward.

Awesome stuff. Just got my RU in the mail yesterday lol I want to just eat it right now but gonna wait for after my fast. So you're thinking the short cycle 4 days 50mg per dose would be best right?

nice man! it will def improve your baseline. yeah i think 50mg for 3 to 4 days would be best since once your prog clears you're basically left with something agonising the prog receptors. if you want to run ru longer i theorized that taking it with prog would be best as ru would always have something to compete with thus always antagonizing the receptor and only making it more sensitive.

Inositol is directly involved with potassium and serotonin. Potassium is directly involved with progesterone. from the studies above if you have high potassium you have low inositol. If you have low potassium and low Co2 you have high inositol.

Inositol in this case seems to be treating the symptoms. Read this guys PSSD feedback.

http://www.pssdforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=676#p5763

May be when people change their body chemistry with ella or ru, they can handle inositol better. body will retain inositol anyway, but may be some of these guys sped up the retention by taking it.

this would make sense. the guy with pssd cured after he got off this stuff so it has some kind of snap back when coming off. seems most of the stuff that cures us requires some kind of snap back once we are done with the cycle.

yeah, but this dude, who took inositol of pssd. Crashed after stopping it . You see what i posted.

So there are2 cases here big time. This dude, basically said it acted as SRRI for him. He felt good on it, and then got serotonin overload and stopped and then crash as after SRRI

I like you idea to try to take RU with progesterone. I think it could make sense.

would this increase in potassium and progesterone/ serotonin be able to be avoided by intake of androsterone or r andro?

i did notice a heart palpultation this week. i think i heard someone mentioned they were linked with potassium levels? i seem to have completly gotten rid of the palpultations from possibly taking ru but im not sure once i noticed they were gone.

any ways im thinking of maybe adding r andro/ androsterone to help with any of the negative effects of inositil then maybe ending the cycle with a few days of ru at 10mg a day.

i have read a ton about how inositil while does increase receptors of serotonin it also heavily increases receptors at d2 and affects d1 as well.

i appreciate the feedbck tho!

i would love to see someone try the ru plus progesterone combo as i think this would allow much longer ru cycle to help upregulate androgen receptors while increasing cort sensativity yet also keeping from ru acting as an agonist at progesterone receptors once the prog is cleared.

im hoping the 4 individuls that plan on trying will maybe consider it to see how it goes and if maybe even short 3 day cycles with prog coule be of benefit too. lots to think about, but all your input is MUCH appreciated.

Ihatefin,

how you feeling today man

I'm going to start the RU tomorrow at 50mg for three days with no Prog and than take nothing for two weeks to get a clear picture.

during the two week wait/snap back period I'll keep an eye out to see of the other guys are going go take theirs with prog. if they do/their experience will help me decide what to do with the rest of the RU

maybe the other guys would be willing to do a RU/prog cycle for 3 or 7 days while another takes RU and a prolactin inhibitor at the same time?

update: 10/14 - today (10/15)

i have started taking 400mg of r andro along with the 18g of inositol that i have been taking for the last week. i will be running r andro for the next 4 weeks which will be a total of 5 weeks on inositol. i may conclude this cycle with 10mg of ru for 2 days or something, but may not need that at all and probably wont end up using it, but thats a thought.

so far im feeling good, had a great work out today and am content. not much else to really report atm

solid cycle, man! i really want to see some ru plus prog and 5adhp pop up. i plan on doing this in the future, but will see where im at after this current cycle. i also wanna give my poor wallet a break haha ru is pretty pricey and i only have 50mg left rn lol

I'll start my log tomorrow for this RU only run

Update:
Nothing exponential to report, but I have noticed I have been waking up feeling more awake. Hard to discribe, but I guess I feel less groggy n more willing to hop out of bed.

Orgasms are more intense and I look forward to masturbating more.

Actual sex drive seems not changed much tho.

update:

today had great libido! i was checking out girls at work and getting slightly sexually frustrated. i also had a bad urge to masturbate and following that had some scalp tingles. i watched porn and dick got rock hard fairly quick without stimulation.
again i have been taking 400mg of Randro and its about 1 week with that and 2 weeks of 18g inositol.

i did do 2 days dht cream on my nipple that has developed a bit of gyno just the one nip and 3 days of reversotrol to reduce estrogen at night. not sure if that has played into this but i have taken none of that today. will evaluate my next few days closely and may throw in 3 days of that pair again (dht cream on nipple and reversotrol)

IHATEFIN, man, you are running such dirty trials. You cant report to people your improvements while you are on stuff. It makes no sense. I think we need to agree to report things only after cycles. Newcomers look at guys taking stuff reporting good results and then jump on different things thinking it is good. Come off of all stuff and then report. If you feel good on something. that means it wont work normally.

I talked to Scenes , only now his snap back started on RU it has been 2 weeks. Snap back from RU will take 2 months. Body tanks potassium and retains zinc instead , it takes time. and you cant finish ru cycle and just start taking different stuff.

First time when you ran RU, you also took cofactors and progesterone. Scene told me that now after ru when he takes cofactors he is improving and zinc not castrating him anymore.

We need to figure out what substance is for which cases. Now we know that Ella does really good for PSSD people. But it could be not good for PFS.

MattyB is right, we need to get more structured otherwise we wont figure everything out.

Agree with this. I used pine pollen, absolutely tanked my potassium to levels that were way too low. I probably should have stopped a few weeks before I did.

My timeline since being off has been:
Week 0 to 2 off: Shocking - felt really bad. Went back to pretty much baseline, maybe the slightest bit above.
End of week 2: Big improvement - above baseline
Week 3 to 4: Downslide, back to just above baseline
End of week 4: Big improvement again, well above basline
Week 5 to present (nearly end of week 6): Constant improvements without slipping back in baseline. Absolutely the best I have felt since pfs with the most healing occurring. It is permanent too.

I feel like there is more to come too. I am a big believer that 8 weeks it the absolute minimum it will take to see where we you land.

Note also: I did no fap this whole time to avoid any prolactin issues

I 100% agree with gbolduev.
I have also been on that rush situation of keeping trying and trying stuffs all over the time.. I just messed up my body even more.
Just imagine that even people who recovers naturally from finasteride, normally they take time, mouths.
The body needs time to restore.
I think keeping trying all over is more a psicological issue that need to be controlled and replaced with rational actions.

I'm glad you have come around to seeing the results takes times and is not instant like you claimed a few days ago biatch.
