Been following this random health researcher for years. (He's sort of the gbolduev of psoriasis). His main focus is obviously psoriasis, but anyone interested in increasing bile flow and bile production (note: two different things) might find this article helpful. He suggests dehydrocholic acid is more effective than ox bile, for instance.

I had bad psoriasis in the beginning of PFS. I think eating a lot of zinc foods (red meats, eggs) fixed it over time for me.

I got psoriasis again when I took anabolic steroids. Not sure how or why but it is interesting. It was really bad at one point on my arm on AAS. When I quit it, it slowly went away. Probably has to do with PFS because friends of mine who used anabolics never had that.

Turns out I did the betaine HCL all wrong, I would gobble down up to 12 pills with taco and beers and get little effect. Now doing 3 pills with 150 ml of water with meal and results are really good. How come I never heard about fluid consumption with this before?

Great stuff. Betaine hcl really helped me out big time at my best of health with pfs.
