Intranasal insulin

I can’t believe I just discovered the use of intranasal insulin. I just wanted to let everyone know that I started this four days ago and I cannot believe the positive effects it’s having for me. In case anyone would like to do further research look to healthrising.com.
Not to go into my whole story l, brief history I was damaged by ssri. My worst symptom has been severe chronic fatigue. But I have a host of others that I relate to here. I would say my fatigue has gone from a 60 to 90 almost immediately. I try not to get too excited but I can’t help it. My head feels clearer than it has in years. Would love to see some others try this. It does not effect blood sugar, so it’s very safe. It works on the receptors in hypothalamus. They are studying it for use in Alzheimer’s right now.
It’s easy to get insulin over the counter. I guess lucky for me my stepdad is diabetic so he let me try.
Noticing music and skin tingling sensations coming back as well. I really hope it sticks! I’ll keep everyone posted.

Yes I have all those symptoms as well. Just so you know I am female. I have been dealing with this for 10 years now. And I have tried everything and then some. So I started this only four days ago. It works fairly quickly. It has completely cleared my brain fog and I’ve noticed music sounding better, a sign the anhesonia is improving. My skin feels more sensitive and I’m noticing chills or tingling in my body as if nerves are waking up. It’s still very soon to tell, but I’ve never had such a response to anything else I’ve tried. I will definitely keep you posted on if I keep seeing improvements.

I haven’t tried any but did try mucuna pruriens and had a bad response. Anything that pushes my dopamine I will feel great for a few days and then crash. But I have severe fatigue as well.

I did try imipramine if you were curious about that one. It was actually a Med that helped a lot for a couple weeks, especially with emotional blunting. then I crashed. Also gave me bad headaches. If you don’t have fatigue then you might fair better than me.

I took lexapro for six months. Have never felt the same since. That was over 10 years ago.
When I say crash, it’s like overstimulated but exhausted. Usually anything stimulating will have this effect on me. Even caffeine.
But honestly now that I’m remembering those beginning days on imipramine were awesome. Those class of AD’s always made me feel closest to my old self.
What was the Med that you took?

I am way more sensitive to alcohol in terms of low tolerance now. But sometimes next day after I will have improvements in symptoms. Benzos make me feel awful and just blah. Opiates make me feel better in some regards, so I use kratom a lot.

i used many AD as u know jaxx
i used
sertraline ,doxepin, amitriplin, venlafaxine, escitalopram but the pssd i have is from trazodone which is my last drug that i took for few days only...
so trazodone killed me yes
trazodone is
5ht1a agonist-which is very bad
5ht2a antagonist-good
a1blocker-very bad-causes less norephinephrine and causes ejaculation problems

i dont respond to drugs or alcohol or anything for that matter

I hope you understand what AGONIST means in biochemistry. AGONIST means something that activates the receptor.

Like cortisol is an agonist for GR receptor, Progesterone is agonist for PR receptor

Agonist or antagonist does not mean it does something with the receptor)

From my understanding agonists activate the receptor, so yes they do do something to the receptor? I don’t understand the implication here?

he thinks agonist is something that makes the receptor stronger. Agonists are just the ligands for the receptor.
