Is Accutane a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor?

I am currently researching the causes of accutane induced sexual dysfunction. I have seen on many forums, people say that accutane/isotretinoin is a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor. However I am struggling to find research papers which support this claim.

Could people please link any research which shows that Isotretinoin/accutane works to inhibit 5 alpha reductase.

Thanks for the reply, that interesting. I'm interested as Isotretinoin/accutane has been shown to reduce IGF-1 which acts as a potent inducer of 5 alpha reductase activity. So I'm interested in whether there is any evidence that Isotretinoin/accutane directly inhibits 5 alpha reductase activity or whether it indirectly inhibits it, by lowering IGF-1 for example.
