Sorry all for the late updates... Been busy but have had a few ups and downs... not too many downs... here's my current updates

10/22/17 - 11/4/17 :
.25 MG prami morning / night
2 to 3 mcg IGF-1 LR3 Every Other Day
4mg copper mid day
2G Taurine mid day

This improved some feelings in my genitals and had small bursts of libido. The turtling I experienced was very likely due to an energy drink i take at least 2 times a day. I wasn't smart enough to realize it corresponded with a few minutes after that drink. I have cut that out and the turtling has dramatically subsided.

11/5/17 - present: Added the following to my regiment. Everything above remains thus far:
550mg potassium mid day with copper
Before bed:
250Mg Magnesium
3G Glycine
30mg Zinc
400mg Butea Superba
2 Tablespoons Sorghum seeds (ground up) in my protein shake
200mg L-Theanine
1000mg Taurine pill
500mg Vitamin C

2 great mornings thus far... too soon to say but I'm responding to this nicely.

joekool I am happy you discovered the root cause of the turtling you experienced pal. It is difficult to know what is causing certain reactions due to food or supplements. You sound like you are making progress and that is a plus. Are you going to run ru 486 for round 2 in the near future?

Great week thus far... had larger bursts of libido... with a few lasting longer than just a spurt... and a feeling inside that I haven't had in ages...

During times when I would've turtled, like tightening of testicles due to cold or such, I didn't turtle... and flaccid size actually has increased.

The biggest change of the week... is the new found feeling in my genitals again... It actually wakes me up a couple times a night...

Morning erections are still not full but I have had maybe 2 small random erections throughout this week...

Another thing I notice, hard to describe, but it looks like my flaccid is further out from my body than before. I used to describe how it feels like it's starting deeper in my skin hence a loss in length but I'm seeing that it's further out now. Too soon to really say or know convincingly but it appears healthier.

Again, just a really good week & if I can get , say several weeks like this, I'm thinking healing is in progress... fully expecting to continue in this supplement regiment for 6 months at least... with 1 cycle of R-Andro coming up but everything else stays the same (except IGF is cycled 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off )

Great improvements and going the right way upward!
I wonder what bring the sorghum seeds?

It increases the activity of 5-alpha-reductase.

Yup! I’ll be making some sprouted sorghum flour pancakes after my re-feed. Sprouted millett too as this also increases activity of 5ar.

I have the flour too... made some pancakes with chocolate chips... it should really just be a staple in a PFS's diet...

The seeds ground up definitely make me gassy but I didn't want to go to the meeting anyway so it kinda works out.

You should try the sprouted. I’ve been reading a lot about this as I’ll be incorporating quite a bit of grains in my
Diet post fast. Finding that sprouted (or groats) is just so much better for us as it basically removes the “anti-nutrients” from the plant.

Think of it, these plants were living things and needed defense systems from prey. The “anti-nutrients” (mainly phytic acid) were these defense systems for them. These hurt digestion and mineral absorption in the human body. If we sprout our grains, we are able to remove most of these “anti-nutrients.”

I’ll be using sprouted amaranth, millett, sorghum, brown rice, tapioca/cassava, and best for last buckwheat. Below seems to be a great source on the east coast of the states.

As I have hormones as well, I am interested to know was it means! ;) I have not been the best pupil at the on-line gbold course about pfs!

Gosh, it sounds like me giving a course to some bored ears who have heard so many strange diets around...
I sprout and wash like crazy, all this foam...

I am a fan of sprouted buckwheat, that I eat raw. You can also grind it soft and wet for a molded bread in oven. I like it raw and crunchy and find it tastier than cooked. I also sprout quinoa, and lightly cook it. But I had no success with rice, it takes too long. I just soak it a long time and wash and soak again 2 days...

Are you still on with this?! And still seeing improvements, or maintaining an improved baseline?!

So far, only a maintaining of the improved baseline. I was going to cycle off but decided to stick with in for another week. But no real improvements over last week... but no change in supplements except I'm 1 week off IGF1 because i do 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off.

I was planning to start R-andro again but will wait another week.

Thanks for the update, overall still positive then, be interesting to know if they remain once you quit

I tried a couple of days of copper, magnesium and potassium but I didn't seem to get any real benefits. It resulted in an upset stomach and increased tinnitus and brain fog. Back to baseline after a couple of days after though.
