Looks Maxing Tips?

So it's summer time and got broken up with from a girl I was starting to fall in love with so I'm on the prowl. Of course attraction is much more then looks but I like constantly upping my looks game.

what are some hackstasis things that you noticed up your looks?

some things for me... When I'm skinnier my face looks way better but it's so hard to maintain without stims. right now I rotate yohimbine/coffee/kratom 2x a week each. Probably bad for adrenals though so this is temporary.

diet is good. I follow similarly cdnuts protocol style diet and intermittent fasting.

argan oil for moisturizing face.

wearing good clothes and white looks good on me.

walking 2 hours a day is really good and I'll chat up girls same time and listen to podcasts. also get some nice sun for my face (unfortunately farmers tan but that's only a factor after clothes come off some the sale is made.

what else has really helped your looks?!

Thing most people miss out on when looksmaxing is good posture. Cant emphasize how much this has helped me.

Cold showers for obvious health benefits and also if you have acne or oily skin problems.

Celery if you are going on a date or have to interact with women. Just sort of makes them more interested in what you have to say.

And other obvious ones like hitting the gym, good hygiene, good diet...

How would fucking Celery make them more interested in what you have to say hahaha. I'm sure it's good for the general health benefits though and energy.

If you REALLY want a girls attention, just walk around naked while smiling. You will get tons of attention!

Celery has androsterone. But you have to eat a decent ammount to really see it. Chew in up nicely and let it sit in your mouth for a bit before swallowing lol



Its subtle, like more attention, when you say something they arent going to answer with just "right" "yeah" and so on, but rather with some thought put into their answer.



Try it out! I think the root is more potent

Also if you wanna have a tight looking face (like sharp jawline etc) go low carb and drop the sodium. It makes a huge difference without having to lower your bf%

Low stress kinda goes without saying but I've broken out in spots and backne plus got way more white hairs in my temples due to stress recently

If you have forehead wrinkles use derma rollers. My forehead is all smooth and youthful looking now with no visible wrinkles. Probably the most cost effective form of looksmaxing considering each roller only costs like 8 dollars from ebay. They also help reduce scars and stretch marks

Definitely agree to this. Pilates and Physio has helped me improve posture and address muscle imbalances/weaknesses. It's by no means perfect, but it's helped me to open out my shoulders and stoop much less. It's also made my movement more smooth and stable which is undoubtedly a more attractive feature.

Dance is probably something worth getting in to. I've not taken lessons, but have been dancing more to my music at home and it's been surprisingly beneficial. Aside from the physical benefits of loosening up at the end of the day, it makes it easier to dance when you're out. Before I'd need 4-5 drinks to lose that self consciousness, but now I can dance on 1.

Yeah it's no comparison for loading one's mouth with sardines. Fast all day. Cocaine and Vodka as pregame (to end fast), then down 99 sardines. THEN holler at hoes.
