Since taking electrolytes I feel a lot better but I'm not sure if those are the best electrolytes to take (they lack calcium and they have boron and sulfate in it...)
So I'm going to buy Eidon Electrolytes which are recommended in Electrolytes Protocol.
I sometimes feel some pain in my knees and legs. And my hands crack a lot. But my teeth feel better than normal, therefore I think there might be something good going on with my bones. But I'm not sure...
Also these electrolytes are a bit hard on the stomach. I think it's too much Magnesium in it. It's not really balanced at all.
Hopefully Eidon electrolytes solves this issues.
Still taking normal dose ARL.
