I tried both keto and pure water fasting. I chose water fasting over it any day, I just feel better.

Hey dude, question:

My diet right now...

90% Seafood, oysters, schrimp, mussels, etc.
I have this Pea Soup (w/ Lard), that I had a bunch of veggies to.. 4 eggs, etc.
I'll drink a lot of V8 and Mott's Garden cocktail too.

This is the core of my diet.

I'm not eating any starchy carbs at all.

I'm also lifting heavy 5 days a week or so.

Thoughts?

That sounds strong dude, I don't really have any issues with that. How does your metabolism feel? I feel my metabolism picks up when I eat majority shellfish and soups from the boost in minerals

Oh, I feel great on this type of diet!

Yeah... it's good stuff.

BTW, I saw Gbold said how he thinks the 'mercury in fish' thing is overblown and whatnot... what do you think about that? I can't remember what he said exactly, but it sounded good. I hope he's right. I wonder how often we could theoretically eat cans of tuna per week and be O.K..

Here is his exact quote. Although the only other issue I heard (not from gbol) with shellfish was microplastics but IDK how reliable it or if it is even really relevant TBH

I follow closer to Okinawa diet.

And for those who tell that sea food has mercury. Bunch of BS, my glutathione levels are way up after sea food, and It looks like sea food chelates toxic metals, since my mercury in my hair fell on 2 years of sea food. At first it went up huge and then fell to nothing.

I love shrimp, crab, lobster, oysters, mussels, scallops. (amazing minerals content)and sometimes I eat pure fish but I prefer fish with little fats.

Thanks man. Great idea to make this a separate post. I'll do the same going forward for important questions.

Now... the million dollar question is (just for confirmation sake) does gbold's quote also include things like, canned tuna?

What about things like Shark, too? which they say, since it eats so many other fish, it has very high mercury, etc...

All BS?

Andy Cutler, who used to research heavy metal issues, stated mercury can derange the mineral transport into hair. Therefore people with mercury in their hair are more able to excrete it, whereas those with none may be accumulating it. From that perspective high readings becoming low could be a sign of gradual poisoning.

It doesn't make so much sense, methylmercury of fish has an uptake of 95% from the gut, eating fishes high in selenium may help with this issue.
Lots of people got poisoned from fishes, have read lots of stories about

one healer told me he does not use any supplements to heal people... he says the fastest and best way to correct deficiencies and detox/heal the body is to eat: raw ocean food, raw organs(liver, heart, kidneys) and raw milk kefir
