Pretty sure my issues are not to do with aluminium, I've taken colloidal silica which is supposed to be the best thing for detoxing aluminium, felt a bit of a difference when I first took it but not that helpful after.I stopped coffee enemas as I’m realizing now they’re just increasing metal load in tissues. But it’s probably good to do 1 or 2 a week to help liver/ bile as we both know.
Pectasol is so weak. Its done nothing for me. Nothing. Blood donation I really don’t recommend dude/ they can really fuck peopel up. Saunas great. Humic fulvic weak and might grab boron nicely but just really seems weak for the big ones cadmium and aluminum—- I legit used everyday for a week and test and both increased.
I’m honestly thinking next to saunas / TEI (which is part of chelation. My nutrient approach is your TEI essentially think of it that way) , just seriously chelate.
Whether it’s Dr pompa style 3-4 days on 10 days off but on those 3-4 days on you’ve got chelator in your body 24/7. And I’m talking zeolites OSR edta dmps. Every 8 hours. Waking up, right before bed, mid day. For 3 -4 days non stop. Followed by that sayyy 10 day break. Or cutler style 4 day break. Or something in between which I like the idea of.
Cadmium I was drinking a chocolate flavoured probiotic drink frequently around the time of the oligoscan. I probably do have cadmium toxicity from being addicted to chocolate in the past.
Oligoscan is just showing us the surface level of whats in tissues at that current time, it is not showing us what's stored deeper like what's in the liver.
I think iron and copper excess are a much bigger issue for me and probably some other metals too.
No I know going onto the hardcore sulfur chelators would be a very bad idea for me right now and my liver. While by no means am I trying to make this into a competition or anything we are simply at a different stages of healing and have different situations. I am fully functional and regularly exercise and ready to work and get on with my life, yes if I eat things with bad seed oils it does mess up my brain and nerves so I need to become more disciplined with how I eat for now and cheat less. And yeah my hormones are not optimal yet but hopefully we will get there one day. My HTMA still isn't great but slowly moving in the right direction I think.
