yeah i have tried them, but i didnt get a big effect. i find the magnesium smoothie / the magnesium electrolytes to be stronger (or just taking it orally as a pill).
Seems hard.
Not sure what textbooks they have for this.
Why not just use TEI though?
Sure there's a way. What just learn biochem... and what it does in the body? minerals, probably books on amazon. and studies. Not sure it is possible to "complete" the work tho.

Just a few minerals is for pretty strong health I think. I kept it up but was missing some detox stuff.
They say mg is just detoxing too. I am sure it is. Helps digestion and helps stim side effects a lot. B certain vitamins too.
