Has anyone found reviews of people who consumed H2 water for multiple years? I'm very curious to hear some long-term testimonials.

Also, what machines are people using here? I've found a few links throughout the thread, but I'm curious how everyone has liked their machines now that it's been a few months since people started using them. I think I'd spend somewhere in the $400 range.

This guy on YouTube has and he references many Japanese studies as well of people that have reversed aging with it shown through blood work. Trying to actually get him on the forum so he can shars

That'd be awesome if you could get him on here. I'm sure he'd be sympathetic to our cause, since he himself recovered from a pretty dire condition.

Good work tubzy!! I’ve been watching a lot of his videos which convienced me to get them Lourdes hydrofix, I’m expecting it to arrive in the next few days. This guys really talks up hydrogen water and would be great to have him on this forum. He would have his work cut out for him on this forum tho wouldn’t he ;)

Yes I need to eat so much more on h2 water @Orion @Ingeno . Its really great lol just gotta make sure they are good cals. That's what I'm working on haha.

So what is the consensus for the best deal these days for best hydrogen generator lifetime type model? From top of my mind I know there's Lourde's Machine and the Alkaway Ultrastream. Anyone know of others that are great?

Is it possible that hydrogen water causes cold hand and feet? Maybe detox symptoms?

Drink hydrogen water 10-15min before meals, then make sure you eat a big meal after with sea salt too, that got rid of it for me all the bad symptoms for me. Stuff stimulates metabolism hard. Try taking it on an empty stomach, I tried it felt like shit (headache, body was cold, over stimulated etc.)

Sounds promising, hunger is inceased as well on hydrogen. A big meal warms me up some, but the cold comes back within a couple of hours.

I mean it's increasing metabolism (burning more sugar) so you will have to eat more frequently at least temporarily. Have you upped your sea salt intake too? Also it could be low BP too, have you tried using gas inhalation method? It was shown not to lower BP. Lastly, have you tired to lower your intake of H water? You could be overdoing it

Sea salt intake is pretty low, haven't increased that one yet. I have no access to the inhalation method and I drink 2-3L per day. I am going to increase my food intake and add some sea salt and might lower the hydrogen dose. Thanks for the tip, will report back in a couple of days.

2-3 L is a lot starting off. May be better to try 4.5L split throughout the day first unit you adjust.

Found a great system the other day, that I ordered. Look up the Alkaway Ultrastream. Tremendous filtering, ionizing, alkalizing and hydrogen capabilities for less than half the Lourdes
Ultrastream is not good, it uses a chemical reaction and the magnesium can possibly lead to negative side effects in the long term. Here is a link explaining

WE dont know what hydrogen water is good for. Actually I get very good responses from fast oxidizers from it. My rec for you is to try hydrogen water cheaply before you pend money on expensive machines.
Molecular hydrogen made correctly is good for everyone IMO. The science show that nobody is allergic to it, you can't overdose on it, it's a selective antioxidant, etc. I also think you must have done your homework, as the hydrofix is the best and safest unit that currently exists. It is very important that hydrogen be made correctly. But I certainly wouldn't be worried about negative effects from hydrogen. It's amazing stuff. I've never seen anything like it, super safe. And when made correctly, it's safe for babies, pregnant women, etc. And that says a lot, as many things cannot make that claim. Hope this helps

I know people with very fast metabolism. Who can't drink hydrogen water not even small amount in the morning...

I don’t know where they got that idea. I’m always up to date on all things Hydrogen and I’ve never heard of such a thing. What symptoms do they get? How r they making the hydrogen water? Where did they read such info?

Are there cheap versions like this Hydrogen Rich Bottle Water Bottle Water Glass Free Ionizer Drinking Bottle MT | eBay
or would you need some 800$ device

edit, ok I think this Ebay thing is bs
I would not get those little portable machines, they are garbage and IMO they are unsafe for long term usage. If you want to get something that is super safe and high quality, that offers both hydrogen water and gas inhalation, the hydrofix is the only machine currently made with the highest standards. And of coarse, it's made in Japan, most of the garbage machines are made in China and Korea and it's hard to trust the metal quality of those units, as it could possibly give you metal toxicity in the long run. I hope this info helps.

I am using one of the $300 cheaper ones, and will keep an eye on my future hairtest for toxic metals. ~$2000 for the hydrofix is out of reach for most.

You absolutely know more than me about this stuff. That said, the little amounts that this machine is putting in the water through a far better and more natural reaction than the pills I believe, I think is beneficial, as per my hair test, I am deficient in all of them. I was instructed to be on cal/mag supps. To me the Alkaway made sense because it’s not using electricity to cause the reaction. It’s all natural media. But to your point, on a machine like this, I should definitely limit my dosage
