My calcium and magnesium screamed up like crazy on that also.
I guess this is probably why Ca and Mg jumped really high up on my last hair test, was using H2 water every day.

I feel great on it. Don’t really “feel” any negative effects at all. But definitely noticed the thinning out. Which could be good for some folks. For me, my metabolism is so fast , I have to fight to keep weight and muscle on.
Good stuff. It definitely helps in a major way for some body chemistries and subtypes. But I think in the long run it can clearly move someone into slow oxidation. So you have to be smart about when you start feeling bad effects from it. Maybe just plan to run it in cycles like 2 months on 2 months off.
Also, if you have a hard time stopping it- fasting for me has been relatively easy to stop it- we'll see how I end up after this fast. Maybe h2 runs followed by a fast can be actual things of use for us in this system.
Good gracious. Lol. I’m so confused. I thought it was the fast oxidizers that had to stay away because it made a fast guy even faster. That’s why I thought it would be great for a slow oxidizer like me, wanting to speed myself up. I know we don’t know exactly how it works, but just reminding me of the trial and error of all of this. Good stuff.
I have followed this thread. Religiously. As I said, I may be confusing myself or just not understanding. But I believe several pages back, the feeling was that it was good for slow guys to speed them up but that fast oxi’s were avoiding it for that reason. But I could be confusing my info. Either way, I’m enjoying the process and the water thus far. Just don’t want to send myself backwards after feeling so good.Did you read this thread? I posted what I thought this water does after I studied it a little. I corrected myself as far as slow or fast oxidizers. But we still dont know what it does in the long term
Slow oxidizers work on fats. fast oxidizers works on carbs.
WE dont know if eventually hydrogen water will keep you in a balanced oxidation. I wish it does that, that would be awesome.
Unfornunately with distilled water which is protonated ( has more hydrogen in it) I was on it for a long time like almost a year and it put me in a more slow oxidizers, which is understandable since any acid will lower potassium in the cell which will lower your cortisol, and that will put pressure on adrenaline system more.
It does not mean this is bad.

If you feel good on it. Stay on it.
No that changed. slow oxidizers felt like crap on it , and fast oxidizers felt good on it from the get go.
But as I said, according to Volkov. He said that hydrogen can balance you in the end, when it gets rid of all other acids in the body.
|So may be in the long run it can just balance everyone out totally.
this is why I will have a hairtest and also I wish Jay ( Hydro) got one since he was on this water for so long.
But also dont forget Jay went on vegan , high alkaline diet. SO he could balance all this hydrogen with the potassium bicarbonate from the diet.
I have 2 other russian vegans who are doing really good on this water also.

It does not mean this is bad. Some people do really good on keto .
@Helen will you be getting a hair analysis before you start using the new 500cc machine? Might be interesting to see before and after results.@heygate I am buying a machine with 500cc per min . I will do hydrogen baths. I think that is the real stuff)
Hydrofix has 26cc /min. Which is nothing.
I have been doing inhalations for a while now. I like inhalations much better. But I think baths of hydrogen will be amazing. Since the the H can actually leave the body thru the skin rigth away after reacting with a radical.
I talked to the Koreans and the original hydrofix people. Hydrofix is the illegal version of the original Lourdes. Koreans told me that to have any good therapeutic effect from inhalations I need min 300cc per min.
If this stuff is helping you at 26cc. just imagine what it would do at 500
@Helen How much this machine for baths costs?![]()
I wonder if we use ozone water, will it decrease calcium and magnesium on the hairtest )) Would be funny. ozone water will make you a fast oxidizer and hydrogen slow oxidizer. LOL

Let me get one of those, please: a fast and slow oxidizer water machines
It would be even more interesting to see what the hair test looked like before all the H2 water/gases, then after them with low potency and then after the high potency. @Helen Do you have a hair test ? Can you post it ?![]()
I have been on water for a long time now. And gas)) with low hydrofix potency. Have not done a hairtest for a while. Will do one soon.
B1 has been doing some good things for me, been taking low dose like 5-6mg ... Can you remind me why it's best at low dose? Actually had some strong healing reactions from it. Good stuff. Is it considered a cure? Or long term treatment? I presume it's ok to take long termIf you dont do good on b1. you might try carnitine for POIS.
