It would be good to look around for the recordings. Tyler shared some good info, like some almost 50% increase in fn of certain enzymes, also about some unpublished studies yet. I might be getting hooked on that rod

Hydrogen will escape even through glass.. There is no question that buying water already enriched with hydrogen is useless. Tablets are good choice, but too expensive. Then machines are easy to use, but you need to test the ppm concentration if it has at least 1 ppm.. For people who have more time to "experiment" they can make their own hydrogen by "test tube in the bottle" method.. It can be pain in the ass, but it's worth it. It's cheap and very effective..

Tested taking MH at dinner again last night(250ml at ~1ppm), so one serving in morning and one at night, destroyed my sleep, felt like I was on large dose of cortisol. One serving in the morning, gives me nice warm feeling, stable energy and no sleep issues.

Yes don't drink hydrogen water before bad. I can speeds up metabolism basically like caffeine.

You make the hydrogen in the pet bottle and it will stay there a week no problem. You can see how the bottle is holding the gas. The bottle is under big pressure and under the lid is a lot of hydrogen(the bottle was filled with water to the top) so I don't know what you talking about + studies are done on drinking water with hydrogen with much lower concentrations than we can make and they had pretty good results just by puting magnesium rods into the water bottles without any reactions with acids etc.. Stop overcomplicating things heh..

I actually bought the Lourdes machine weeks ago. Gbol told me not to use it while on ARL since it could affect it. I'm a fast oxidizer, at least from my initial test.
Yes my internet Czech friend is fast oxidizer and he is telling me some crazy reactions.. In that case it is a good idea to drinking the water a with some food like whey protein and some carbs..
@HerrFisch It doesn't matter in test tube method. Only the hydrogen gas can escape from the test tube to the water.. As you can see all the junk from the reaction water with citric acid and magnesium oxide (the black stuff floating in the tube) will stay in the tube...
