I read the @coppersocks, Jimjonas, Rahaysa, cannonballs recoveries today and also all of the above listed by Coppersocks. Pretty amazing guys doing so well over there @Cdsnuts . Really great stories, got emotional reading them knowing I will be writing mine hopefully within the year.

Can think of a few more guys who followed similar ways out : brazliliandude, ihatepropecia702, elb.

While this site here is mostly about mineral/amino balance, supplementation etc., and I'm a huge advocate for what we do here (seeing amazing results in 3 months experimenting)- overall health at its finest proved by above is such a great way out of this and may be a necessity for a good portion of us to go along with "balancing".

I essentially got myself to a "functional PFS" place where being alive off an antidepressants possible along with ability to get erections, morning wood, working, seeing friends, going out a bit etc with this methodology. Rife machine, fasting, taking care of pathogens and toxicity along with many other external factors essentially is how I implied the CD plan this past Summer and Fall.

I guess the best way to describe what we do here now on Hackstasis is essentially make our bodies strong enough to handle pathogens, toxins by correcting imbalances. We are working from the top to the bottom- as in correcting mineral balance corrects the culprits. With swolesource stuff, I believe you are going at the culprits first (pathogens, toxins) which then essentially corrects imbalances in the long run.

Don't get me wrong- the R-Andro and prohormone cycles and herbals to a degree definitely help our imbalances for sure as well.

Either way, I think a concerted effort from both sides is likely the best way out of this. For example, ELB who used both ideal health and eventually prog cycling at the end got him out of this. Another guy was that licorice root guy who posted on Swole Source last July. (LOL I remember reading that recovery story while getting an MRI on my brain). @Niles is doing some similar stuff like myself as we see these trends on how guys got out of this.

LOL to everyone who wrote on this blog encouraging me after my "solvePFS banning" haha no need to encourage me at all. I just wanted my story there to give people hope. Because I was worst of the worst for this illness for a 7 month time period there.

I was a lot worse than my writing seems on the beginning of solvepfs. I played dumb as possible, but finally 2 months into PFS I understood how severely debilitated I was when dropping an antidepressant/anti-anxiety was impossible and 2 alcoholic drinks caused my body to spasm into the worst panic attacks imaginable all night on 2 separate occasions (only two times I drank after getting PFS those several months). I immediately moved in with my parents when I crashed. My family hurt with me.

Suicide seemed inevitable, a 14 day stay at a mental institution occurred. I tried to drop antidepressants there and it felt like my head was 5 feet above my brain. Luckily, I found Shawn Bean at this time who found my mycoplasma, and the rest is history.

Anyways, the CDNUTS way is a great way to get the body going and get on track. Maybe it won't heal all of us- but if you combine it with hackstasis stuff we have here, I see there being no way you can't get out of this barring severe organ damage.

You are thinking of champstar who used the licorice root.

Glad you are doing better dude

I would call this bottom - up, like a pyramid with good foundations!

Ther is damage, and there is reversal...

I had some really abstract things to say about this thread, but I'll keep it user-friendly:

When at my worst, I definitely believed it was all over and there was no way out.
Thankfully, and with help from @TubZy, Goldylocks, @IHateFin, @stupidfreak, @K8668B, @joekool, @bruschi11, @aztec, @Scenes, @Ghost and others I stuck thru this and kept trying things. Others too, I can't remember everything, so apologies if I didn't include you, it wasn't a slight. Thanks to @Niles and @RebelWithACause also. Slayo, Raven, Nina, Snowball, Jacknap, Wuf, Admiral, Walker, Area-1255, Canari, Mods, Chapman, Tanedout, Barbaar, and Health
and others from online too. I've talked to all of you about so many different things.

-If you wanted to see mastery of persuasive writing and true motivation, I'd upload some academic petitions. I kind of keep a low profile (despite sometimes talking A LOT), so I'd rather not. I literally convinced school that I had an illness, said I was wrong, had something worse, and the like and won many times... even when I lost, I actually won. Even when I told them they fucked up and wasted my time and money, and I'm better than them - I still won.

I was probably pretty confusing at times, lol. Also shot-out to @JustQuitDut as well, I know what it's like to get banned and seem erratic/eccentric, and want to rush through all of this and write non-stop also. I just want @JQD to come back and tell me he's back on Adderall and everything's cool. And he can party like a rockstar again and is living it up after beating PFS.

All of you are stronger than you may know. No more suicides or lost time due to these nonsense drugs.
Also, tbh a lot of my motivation is purely based on revenge and knowing I'm better than those that screwed me over.

Also realizing all my struggles and what I've achieved and overcame before, helped me with *PSSD* and ***all that surrounding it***, and thinking about that too helped here in PFS* - but only when I was free from my worst point.

This guy has been through a hell of a lot in life, and is probably one of the most genuine, sincere, and he's the nicest person I could think of.
Watching his videos in my darkest moments, motivated me to not give up. I couldn't really hear it at first, but I kept watching him, and I will again in the future. Also a couple people that I know in life kind of kept me going, but I couldn't listen to it at first. I tried, but faked it to make it, but now I can listen better. He's one of the greatest speakers I've ever seen too. I can't find the video I really really liked, it may have been a Ted Talk.

Here's one of his videos:

I can't remember exactly where he said this:
Nick Vujicic Quote: “I may not have hands to hold my wife’s hands, but I don’t need hands to hold her heart. That’s what I’m gonna hold.”
He's married with kids since this video. I'm super happy for him -if anyone deserves it, it's this guy.

Also the Serenity Prayer:

I'm not very religious to say the least, but if this guy can find it in his heart to survive everything and still be so kind, loving, and nice, then I should try too. I'm glad Nick V. found God and something to live for. He's a champion and his story is a triumph of the human spirit over adversity.

I agree, but a Spiritual Relationship with God, contrary to the current Pope's 'teachings' is actually Healthy and Perfect. Church can be great for meeting fellow believers, it also can be a big distraction if the Priest is reading the same verse every time or collection of verses.

...But being so Courageous and holding it together - even when you feel Numb, is a Champion in God's Book...especially if you believe all the more. I believe we, and others like us - who have been affected by chemicals...or even those affected by Amphetamines etc...have the ability to cherish and grasp Resilience on a level others may not fully understand. We have the Power, with God, to continue forward making a Legacy of ourselves, for our Children for our Family. A Champion of Faith, NOT A VICTIM OF FATE.

Though I understand self-direction, motivation to Moneys and to a 'better life' - it is only the people who have been through this shit and carry forward...those I admire and those I believe in myself. Which is why I come to these forums.

Any time you see my writings, remember that despite all the analytical effort - it is this message that needs to be read. It is this Energy everyone must carry with them.
This is where the Truth is contained and Inspiration opens the eyes of those who once believed they were damned.

Yes, ". A Champion of Faith, NOT A VICTIM OF FATE.", none of us should be a victim of our story and past... I am guilty of being fatalistic at times, even as a young adult...
It's soul destroying. I've gotten better at that and consistently am more often then not, but sometimes I get all fatalistic again. We try and play the cards we're dealt, and do the best we can, wherever they may fall.

Yeah, I am not at my sharpest in terms of writing skills right now. I meant to say, that if he can go through all he has and be that positive and not bitter or anything that's great. I don't know my emotions are numbed right now, need to get better to have my strongest vocabulary. I mean people go through less and become awful, embittered, stuck in their ways (sometimes). You're right though money is nothing compared to mental and physical health.... I'll most likely make and lose a lot of money in life............. but if you're healthy and happy that's not so bad. Overcoming adversity and being strong thru grey and darker times is very important. I've gone thru a hell of a lot the last decade+ but I always felt stronger than others bc of it. BUT in worst times, not so much. -->BUt, those worst times aren't forever. Thankfully.

That's where many people struggle finding a Balance, they believe all in one thing must happen versus another...it MUST be Fate. While some things seemingly can't be avoided - I Think people discount the fact that if we Believe in FATE then our Minds are also a Victim of the Same Belief...consciously or subconsciously it believes in the same, and so out of that 'pattern', we all know our Brains are built to recognize patterns...that Pattern becomes the Disrupter of our Ability to Conquer our Lives!

@Area-1255, Yes, the "Self-fufilling Prophecy" phenomena. Yes, I used to describe and talk about that a lot in my teens and 20's. I had fear of failure (took time to realize that), and thought it was the root of "my anxiety disorder", but it was just part of the problem... I didn't really have an anxiety disorder, and was misdiagnosed. If I thought the rest of my life would be like what happened with that, and didn't fight that feeling... I'd be totally screwed. It's been hard obviously, but if I truly believed that nothing will ever be better and I won't be the same again... that would be setting into motion, the processes that I can't change for the better. And that I can't be happy again. Repeating the vicious cycle. Although I did well for a time, I kind of did fall into a medication trap again, but it was different, and I had completed some of the milestones I intended to at least. A lot actually, but not enough. That event did change the course of my life, but constant action and self-discovery, and questioning things, and meeting people, and trying different things, and working on discipline, and getting the "right help" and guidance, helped change the course of my life again but more positively. Countervailing most of the negatives... Although yeah can't get lost time back, and some scars never fade away.

So much of life is uncertain and not promised.

Yeah about @JustQuitDut, I meant more back to his normal self... without fear of whatevers happening bc of his altered state.
Reading his stories, I feel his personality came back and to me that says He's BACK. And that makes me happy. You're right, and I was focusing or speaking about the wrong part of what I was trying to say. Lots of cross wiring occurs with me.

True, true my man, on spirituality over religion.
People should read the Tao Te Ching and the Middle Way (readings on it, I don't know the best books there).

Solvepfs made me go from a relatively happy person to a very depressed one everyone I paid a visit there. Lots of contradicted information and posters arguing with each other. General consensus over there is a hormonal pathway. Spooked myself into a HC + NTD protocol for months which I luckily recovered from.

What is HC and NTD and why did you need to recover from it?

Hydrocortisone and thyroid hormone. They probably fucked him up a little bit as they are powerful. What happened @Admiral ?

Meticulous like one, a brash idiot like the other. -The reporter is a douchebag... a real idiot... The guy drives for fucking FERARRI, he should show some fucking respect.

-4. Niki Lauda offers his personal review of the biographical sports action drama film, “Rush,” which tells the story
