Maybe you have hidden copper toxicity.
I had the sodium potassium elevated while having low copper in hair. But with low estrogen in hand both Helen and my practitioner both believe I’m copper toxic.
That said TEI did not take that into account for me and prescribed me copper. My nutritionist has me on zinc/manganese which Helen agrees with.
bruschi , buddy, stop spreading misinformation, you were taking something and I assumed that your hairtest could be impaired.
you can't take stuff and test hair, it will show wrong hairtest.
that is why I told you.
this guy is chelating iron, aluminium, copper wont go up, until he is done.
Stop looking at NB as substitution of minerals, it is a chelation therapy
copper is not supposed to go up in hair. when you take it.
as aluminum coming out, you spend even more of it.
As magnesium pushes all aluminum out, copper will start coming in.
that is my read
You can try to chelate aluminum faster, but I think magnesium is pretty fast.
may be some binders can help like ALA or some other binder for aluminum
I had the same with lead. Magnesium was pushing lead like crazy in my case, and I had to take EDTA with it.
since I was just getting super anemic, when my lead was going into the blood.
