oh I see.
there are different methods of determining oxidation rate, and we can't seem to agree on one.
TEI uses Calcium/Phosphorus but ARL will look at the sodium potassium and compare it to magnesium calcium
I tend to lean towards ARL and what you just said.
But I will be honest, I don't know how important the oxidation rate is?
It’s very important and basically controls metabolism, function of our organs, the heart, the way we breathe, the way our body works to fight pathogens, fungus, molds, toxicities, heavy metals.
People like gbold believe that oxidation (the terrain) controls all. There are others like the Dana Summers balancing women I work with. Lol she doesn’t want me treating SIBO “just use zinc.”
I’m all about oxidation. But I also believe in the power of the germ. I understand how strong the human body is and it’s a big point I try to make, but a collection of germs made my life the scariest hell imaginable for 7 months once. Like life being living torture- until a round of antibiotics put out the fire.
The fire was put out but I was a decimated, really broken human being. And I still had to continue with germ work, but while simultaneously building back up the terrain with nutrition, exercise, fasting. There comes a time where one really only has to worry about the terrain/oxidation.
I believe guys like you and I @Blugrass - at this point in time we likely need to worry about both germ and terrain. Eventually we will just be chatting about terrain treatments is the goal.
