Are minerals absorbed from mineral rich mineral water?

If one drinks this type of mineral water, will it help digestion?

What is the problem with the natural carbon in mineral waters? Who should not drink it?
What do you mean with mineral water?
Do you mean sparkling water or something different?

Yes, sparkling(or still) natural mineral water that comes from underground and is bottled... some of these waters can contain calcium from 100 to 600mg/ litre, 100 to 1000mg magnesium per litre, sodium from 50 to 1500mg/litre etc.. with natural or artificial CO2... basically natural electrolyte rich water from earth
LOL in Italy we are used to drink sparkling water everyday

I used to notice this when I traveled overseas - especially in Europe. Water - "gas or no gas?".

I don't think it will hurt you, and I don't know if it will help - just know it's not going to hurt.

with meals as well? I heard helps with digestion.. is that true?
Well. I'm used to drink it and I think it doesn't since I can not Compare. I drink sparkling mostly cause I prefer and I can not give you an answer. I do not think it hurts at all.

By the way in Italy we know that water to be good, it needs to ha a low "residuo fisso"... Translate it. And search the water which has it the lowest you can find.

depends on source. can help digestion. just like coke zero.
obviously coke zero's not good for you. but some demineralized or other waters/ sparkling waters should be totally fine.
cleanest water on earth here (depends where, like this apartment has copper pipes, so I'll get a water filter or something --- tho copper possibly beneficial for me - at least it was). carbonated/sparkling water's not going to setback someone who isn't already setback - at least I don't think so. Helps digestion at times I mean coke zero or carbonated water. Maybe helps snap out of alkalosis / gets to acidosis as referenced on Hackstasis earlier, I don't know.
-I never drink tap water, but that's probably bc luckily had access to filtered water... on own, gotta get some mini filter or something. -_Can't just buy 100 bottles of water, wasting tons of money then.

My ARL practioner has me drinking 3L of spring water each day, I get 14 15L bottles delivered each month and I have a water cooler that holds them.

You can look online and find your closest spring water company that delivers and some places you can even hire a water cooler, however I found it cheaper in the long run to just buy my own.

You should also be able to look at the mineral certificate for each spring water provider you look so you can be confident your getting a high mineral content in the water.

I’ll never go back to tap water now, I can instantly taste the difference if someone puts tap water in front of me.

yeah i mostly hate tap water too. tastes not good. but our tap water here historically was tested cleaner than many bottled waters. so that and sping, depends on the source too.

Yea often it’s not the water that’s the issue, it’s the pipes the water travels through and the toxins it picks up along the way as it makes its way to your kitchen sink.

And agree in regards to the right source for spring water, pays to do your homework to make sure your getting a high mineral content from your supplier.

Well, even bottled water can be not so healthy.
You should buy water bottled in grass bottles instead that in plastic, this is the first step.
Second as I suggested befor, you need to check at "Residuo fisso" of the water, the lowest it is, the best.

I think it's obvious he meant glass bottle.
