I mean.... Some dudes have had this shit for 8 years bro
Yeahhhhh. That would be rough. I mean, it would suck enough just with the issues I have, and those are nothing compared to what I keep reading some guys have going on.

I guess I should be grateful that I'm not at that level. I think 6-12 months of doing CDnuts protocol I can improve quite a bit. It will be easier to force myself to do it once I'm seeing results. Kind of sucks in the beginning because you're doing the work and not really getting any gains yet.

Cabergoline isnt stable in liquid so i was checking to see if that's what you had used. I think prami is better but i don't suggest trying a bunch of things at once.

Regarding alcohol, look into Dihydromyricetin and you'll see its a gaba receptor antagonist i think, which is what alcohol is affecting and why some ppl feel libido after alcohol like you said. It'll be interesting If you try something like this and log it

Awesome--k I'll look into that. I somehow originally stumbled onto HCG when I was researching "why" things feel more normal after drinking. I'll do some reading about Dihydromyricetin

Yeah If you had to choose between a guaranteed recovery in 18/22 months and your own experimentations with the chance of healing faster.. go with the guaranteed one

At one point, whether you follow TEI , Cdnuts or something else, once your daily routine is set, the time will not matter anymore. You start to see the first improvements, you focus on your business, career, sports, diverse experiences, and you'll realize that you're not thinking of this syndrome 24/24 like you used to and it makes everything much easier. There will always be moments when you feel like you've done all of this so far for nothing or not much, but that's not true and that's how your brain is working against you sometimes
At least that's how I would describe my journey at the 13 months mark on Cdnuts protocol

Very true. I’d rather be back to normal in 18-22 months vs. never.

And thinking about it / reading about it less can only help things IMO. I feel like it’s all I think about and read about lately.

I'm going to be doing TEI hair analysis soon, but I have a couple of questions that hopefully you guys can help with.

1. I have long hair (like, 8" maybe?) that I don't want to shave. It's normally all pulled back. Can I have a section cut as close to my scalp as possible (in crown area), then trim off the ends (closest to scalp) and send that in? More or less like pic below:
samplecollection.jpg

2. Is it OK to do now or should I stop all supplements, vitamins, etc. first?
3. If I do need to stop everything first, how long do I need to wait?
4. Can I use armpit hair instead of head hair? That would be a lot easier but I've seen "NOT" to use pubic hair, so I know that is a no..

Sorry for the dumb questions. I just don't want the first samples to be a total waste of time and money and I am not going to be shaving my head anytime soon, haha

1. No need to shave your head. Think of all the women doing it, do you think they all shave ? :D I have not long but longer hair es well. Its pretty easy.
2. I think it would be better. Obv best being all clean but I would at least wait 2 weeks to get a good "true" result for your first hairtest.
If you only did like low dose supplement (like b complex <10mg) or something, I dont see it as too important to wait that long but if you did higher amounts of minerals vitamins or even hormones the longer you take a break the better.
4. no.

Thanks—yeah, I haven’t taken too much, Tribulus probably being the strongest I’ve taken recently. Otherwise some iodine and selenium, etc is it. But nothing I can’t stop for 2 weeks or so before cutting some hair off :)
