Ho that was a bad one!
Better is to notice there is somehting goin on there BEFORE an attack, when things change slowly: pay attention when you have some diffuse slight pain bellow the right ribs! For me it is 1 inch bellow ribs and a bit more on the side than the center. But we might have different anatomies... There can be some pain and then also some tenderness when pressing the zone.

When the pain is a bit lower, it comes from the space where upper gut changes to colon, and this creates the same sort of slight pain, though for me a bit sharper. I had this after a colontherapy. Too much pressure from the water.

Yeah I have gotten much better at paying attention to any beginning pain or nausea. Ginger tea with turmeric takes care of the nausea immediately. All the good effects I had from the zeolite and sauna therapy are still there though and I think I may have been building something up that had to be released in that attack. Dont think I will get another one and appreciate the progress I have made. Still no clue on the optimal diet for me though. It probably even changes from day/week to day/week... Lately been craving calcium rich foods so going with the flow for now (which is Peat inspired but with emphasis on meat, fish and some grains)...

I grow turmeric ad ginger! I have to dig them out...
I have turmeric powder and need to make my recipe again in coconut oil, I stirfry the powder with some pepper and keep it in jars. Love it.
Yes, we are all experts at feeling our body... and improving everyday at the game... Appreciating any progress feels good and we can appreciate tiny ones, the half full bottle as said brushi!
I am a bit euphoric now from having reached ketone stage after 3 bad days feeling weak. I am going to see if this is the right diet for me, and for sure no grain for me.

Small (but painful) update

So. Over the last couple of weeks the good results have just kept on happening. I have even started to gain weight and it is mostly muscle. I no longer get lactic acid feeling in my legs from carbs and this is a huge one for me!

To be honest I am not 100% sure what took care of the lactic acid but I am sure getting out of alkalosis is a part of it. I still have some imbalance in this department I think because it feels like I am not utilizing calcium well during the night. I always wake up with sensitive teeth that feel demineralized somehow. I also more often than not have foamy urine ...

Last night I had a major setback though. I had the most insane gallbladder attack that kept me up the whole night with excruciating pain. I almost called the hospital at one point.. scary to say the least.
I am still trying to find out what triggered it. I had a light meal for dinner (cole slaw and orange). I recently started taking malic acid which I thought would actually help reduce these attacks by softening stones? Maybe a stone was softened enough for it to lodge itself into place..
I also went to the sauna yesterday where some dude poured loads of water with peppermint oil on the stones. Could this really cause an attack? Peppermint apparently does affect the gallbladder, or so google tells me.

Whatever set if off I am glad to say I am much better today. (slept from 7 am to 11 am). I drank a lot of epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) during the attack but did not feel an effect. Maybe it still helped though. I have decided to stop the malic acid for now until I clear up the cause. I DO NOT want to be caught with such an attack again.. seriously traumatizing.

@Nighteyes In the Liver/Gallbladder Facebook group, people claim that it should be L-Malic Acid and not D or DL -Malc Acid... they claim it makes a difference
