New development:

I've been avoiding mirrors for the most part this past month since I'd had a lot of collagen/fat loss, but when shaving today I noticed that my nasolabial folds, crows feet, and wrinkles under my eyes have improved significantly! I even checked every mirror in the house to make sure it wasn't just generous lighting. Plus, a good "hang" day today, which I haven't gotten without prohormones since my crash. What I've been on consistently over the past 2 weeks (w/ some andro cycle overlap):

360mg KCl/day
200mg MgCl/day
1 serving of NOW Sports EAA/day
250mg cysteine/day
250mg histadine/day
1300mg HCl w/ every protein meal
2 Biozyme tablets w/ every meal
1 probiotic capsule with every meal
15mg zinc EOD
1mg copper EOD
2mg manganese EOD
2mg boron EOD
100mcg selenium EOD
100mg resveratrol

Food mainly LOTS of steamed veg, chicken, fish, eggs, smoothies (whey, kale, beet, spinach), and a bit of rice.

Lower GI tract is still irregular, but either my protein digestion is getting better or I'm seeing benefits from the aminos. Either way, there's definitely something here. Could also be some snapback action happening from the andro cycle.

Can't wait until my hair analysis gets back so I can further optimize this balance!

Happy for you brother, the body can really bounce back quick once you are dialed in. I'm really curious with this regimen if you can beat your original baseline bloods, I bet you can just by going by how you feel right now. :)

What hcl are you using?

I'm psyched you got some signs pointing in a good direction. Keep us posted

Yeah man, it's seriously incredible. I thought I'd be set back maybe months when I overdid the andro, but I've clearly struck some kind of balance here with minerals and aminos. Even fewer wrinkles in my face this morning! Once I start liver/gallbladder cleansing and coffee/probiotic enemas, I know I can kick my recovery into high gear.

Jesus, a year ago I never would've imagined getting excited over enemas... PFS is one strange bird lol

Thanks bro. I don't have the best source of hCL at the moment (solaray 650mg), but once I run through this bottle I'll probably switch to Dr. Clark's.

Learned today that not all beets are created equal. I'd been using industrially farmed beets in my smoothies until switching to locally grown organic today, and the difference in NO effects is night and day. It's significant enough that I'm totally willing to continue paying a premium.

I also feel that I've maybe been worse since my randro run. I can't really tell, but I've waited for a snap-back and haven't felt one. I had a HUGE window for 2 days in early Jan, and that's been about it. Started andro mid-jan, and ran it for 5 weeks until about a week over a week ago. I'm on Electrolyte Protocol now for maybe a week. Nothing so far. Gonna tweak it a bit.

Yeah, I'm gonna give some time for my T lvls to recover to see if I get any net gain from the r-andro. Some areas have remained better since the end of cycle, while others were initially worse. My strength and muscle definition is definitely improved and seems to have stuck, but shrinkage, ED, lack of libido, brain fog, and anxiety crept back up on me towards the end of my cycle. All areas slowly improving now, but the jury is still out on R-andro for me. Been a week off now.

So to make everything "stick" after cycling anything major like R-Andro, ru, ella... etc,
we should all get on the electrolyte program and or recommendations from ARL Hair Mineral Testing?
This is a lot to keep track of.

Edit: Pretty sure the answer is yes as per @bruschi11 and @TubZy

Something in the protein, hCL, KCl, MgCl combo has started causing major fatigue/cold extremities for about 2 hours afterwards. I'm gonna take out MgCl first, then hCl, and then, if it comes to it, KCl to try and find the culprit. I'm really hoping it's not the protein itself, because my body is clearly deficient.

Been doing coffee enemas daily for the past 4 days (still getting the hang of it lol) and will continue twice a week after this week with probiotic enemas twice a week as well. On the malic acid prep for a liver flush this weekend as well, which will be fun. Since my weight is too low to fast, I'm just trying to cleanse as best I can. Lots of ups and downs these past few days.

I’ve seen more people here experiencing the same, me included.

I think we need to use smaller doses and slowly increase them. I crashed from magnesium, but too much potassium or HCL makes me ridiculously tired and depressed as well. Balancing is key here. Got myself a very precise scale to improve on that.

That, and it can also mean your body is working overtime detoxing.

The “messing up with minerals” thing is real and it sucks. I went from most energy I’ve had for 3 days since 2009 to crashing last 24 hours lol. Taking day or two off from minerals just doing aminos, betaine to reset and start over.

I think you might even want to abort minerals until hair test and recommendations are out there for you. I’m getting mine back by tomorrow hopefully. Pretty excited to work with what they tell me to work with.

Hmm, very weird. Maybe I'll take a 3 or 4 day break from it and then return with super low doses. Sucks, though, because I feel I was getting positive results initially. What are the highest doses of hCl, MgCl, and KCl you're able to tolerate? For me it seems even though I've kept my doses steady in the lower range, the crashes get worse every day.

Yeah, I agree that I really need my hair test results to pin down a proper balance, but I also didn't expect to be crashing with the low amounts I've been taking. Maybe some cycling could be beneficial? Who knows, but best to wait until hair test comes back before experimenting any further.

Wait, just noticed that sodium isn’t a part of your protocol. As @HerrFisch rightfully pointed out, and as the article mentions, you need to focuss on sodium when you are supplementing magnesium. They go hand in hand.

Yeah, I do need to get more precise with the sodium. Up until now I'd just been adding sea salt to my protein, but not really based on any ratio.

You all need salt. Otherwise acids will turn dopamine into adrenaline.

Would love to hear what @gbolduev has to say on the matter, though. Seems like balancing these electrolytes is the culprit of the entire protocol, yet most stumble there and start to look elsewhere. Adrenal fatigue definitely plays a part in it as well. Increasing magnesium seems impossible to do then.
