Meat also gives you a lot of zinc! It is the only food with this ration Z/Co!

there was also copper in the supplements i dont know why they add that as i am a slow oxidizer.
The mineral ratios in their supplements are very important, as taking any 1 mineral in isolation is likely to create another imbalance. Taking zinc daily in isolation for an extended period of time will cause problems. If it were me, I'd either take minerals in the ratios provided or only through food.

Noticed something interesting. Went out for dinner last night and ate a ton of meat (steak, chicken, fish) and probably a lot of salt and i feel amazing today. My energy is up and feel very sharp mentally, all because i ate some extra protein/meat/salt :p

Some interesting blood levels at my doctor yesterday. I am deficient in folate, vitamin d and vitamin c still. Weird thing is half of my family (brother, mom, grandma, 2 cousins) are also deficient in folate and taking folate supplements for it.

Diet is very simple at the moment, just eating a little of everything. Taking whey twice a day, around 50 grams total. Eating chicken and ground beef for protein, some potatoes, rice, some candy/sweets if i feel like it. Mostly a relaxed diet with 80% healthy foods and 20% of whatever i feel like eating. Weight is stable at 135 lbs, height is 5’9. Try to hit all RDA’s but am lacking potassium a bit, usually around 2500/day while RDA is 4700 i think.

A good source of potassium is potatoes and tomato paste

Hairtest:
What was your diet 3 months prior to this hair test?

Its curious your ca is higher than your mg. Usually too many carbs causes this, but you mentioned doing a keto diet previously.

Did keto for the past 3 or so months, before that it was high carb with little exercise besides walking as i was injured. Recently switched to something like 30% carbs, 30% protein, 40% fat. When season starts again, i’ll be back to working out daily for 2-3 hours with saturday off. Diet will then go up in carbs again

So updated list of current symptoms:
- Tired during the day
- I have less strength when lifting weights (1rm squat reduced by 15 lbs, bench by 5 and deadlift by 10 aswell)
- Non healing cuts/small wounds on hands and lower legs, poor circulation? Insulin?
- easy bruising, literally touch me a bit too hard and i get a bruise
- tight painful muscles
- cravings for sugar and caffeine
- low motivation to pursue goals in life
- low motivation to be active
- nausea from meat
- feel stressed out/overwhelmed easily
- visible swelling (clothes feel tight some days) in feet, legs, stomach, upperarms, face (cheeks) cortisol?
- salt cravings
- just feel drained really, lethargic 24/7
- tendency to binge once i start eating carbs

Literally just feel crappy atm, dont understand why. Like my health is bipolar or something lol. Feel good for few weeks then crash again and feel bad for a few weeks

Stats right now: 5’9/135lbs no idea about bf%. Abs are visible tho. Most of my fat is on inner thighs and butt. Upperbody is (too) skinny.

Diet: nothing special, IIFYM i guess. Probably big part of the problem. I dont know what to eat anymore. Would rather fast but dont want to lose weight. Feel best in the morning after fasting overnight.

I might start keto again with intermittent fasting. Fasting 20 hours eating 4 hours. Carb loading when needed. Will cut caffeine out again when i feel like i can function without it. Zero energy when i dont take a stimulant.

Wish i could afford the supplements from hairtest :/

Do you get any financial support by someone? This is not acceptable.

I read the lines above. I am quite sure you have parasites (I have them as well as 99,9 % of population. Best thing would be starting an antipara protocol.
Best is! Alex Green on ytube. book is 16.-- euro. The supps are not expensive. Protocol takes only several weeks..After that you are a different person. I highly recommend doing so.
Test your glutathione level, please. I guess very low.

I suggested building a fund for ppl who cannot afford important treatment. Maybe we can find 10 ppl helping you by paying 20 euros a month. Tell me what you need for the parasites protocol if you like.

Ever done a hairtest (heavy metals?)
Alright, I have seen it. What about mercury? Is there a more comprehensive test (beside provoking test) for metals?
I wonder why Arsen and Cadmium is that high.

You must join pfs group and ask helen. She is the man. :) Hahaha

Go for it.
