Sleep wasn't as bad as I though it would be last night, slept solid 4hrs, then light unfreshing sleep for 3hrs, but there is a pronounced drying effect on skin, will continue with ~10grams elemental K today.

Ordered fumaric acid and succinic acid, to see if they would have results similar to malic acid.

Tried fumaric acid for few days, but had a really wired feeling on it, so will probably not use again.

Will test some succinic this weekend. Both are supposed to help with fatigue and sparing NADH.

Succinic studies have reported it chelating copper.

Update

Completed liver flush 13 this weekend, they are getting extremely easy, when first starting they were explosive, several trips to the toilet. Now just 3 trips the next day to purge, body is definitely becoming more resilient. Super mellow relaxed next day.

High dose B2 is doing awesome things, it has been about 1 month, and its really starting to kick in.

I am finishing up my ARL mineral run mid way through October(3 month run), and will be fasting the month of November. New hairtest for Jan, and will try to get blood and urine labs.

Nitric oxide protocol, electrolytes, high dose B1/2, and liver flushes = life is coming back online.

Stack:

NaCl:2g, KCl:3g, MgCl:1g,
Malic acid: 800mg,
HCl 650mg each meal, one 650mg bile acid morning, one 250mg TUDCA evening
ARL: Ca: 500mg, Se: 200mcg, Zn:50mg, Mn:10mg, Bo:3mg, Mo:125ug, Cr:400ug, I:450ug
Vitamin C: 1.5g, Vitamin E: 100iu,
B1: 400mg, B2: 1000mg, B3: 250mg, B5: 500mg, B6: 50mg, Folate: 1000mcg, B12: 50mcg, Biotin: 50mcg, Folinic acid: 800mg
Aminos: Cysteine HCl: 1g, Histidine HCl: 1g, AAKG: 1g, Citrulline: 1g, Tyrosine 1g, 3 scoops isolate whey, 10 egg whites

@Orion do you have no issues with brain fog/mental clarity?

What effects do you notice from the B2 specifically, less oily skin?

I real issue I have is getting good sleep, but that is transforming on B2, I wake up feeling good and mentally positive.

B2 is having a really good effect on reducing oiliness, and is doesn't seem to be dying out, it seems to keep improving. Usually stuff would help then oiliness would come back. Still experimenting, but things are looking like I was mega B2 depleted.

Sounds good! I've got some B2 ready to take at some point. I've recently been having good results from avoiding calcium completely, taking a bit of taurine & some potassium chloride (just 50mg daily though). Sleep is much better. Skin still super oily, so I'll be interested to see what effect the B2 has.

Just remember if you are B2 depleted it doesn't work quickly, high dose for one month at least to make judgement. Let us know how it goes.

Also get the other B's in good quantity to match up with B2.

Doesn't ferritin being high, with normal iron, indicate inflammation? Mine is high also, almost double top-range value.

Ferritin was before long Bruess fast and donating some blood.

yes, please get the test. Since iron raises cortisol and cortisol constantly puts sugar into the blood. and thus FATs dont work.

Why would they work, if cortisol is constantly pushing and breaking protein for sugar.

This is why you have oily skin

My last ferritin test was:

506 (range 31-300 ug/L)

Trying to get new values in Jan/Feb.

Gettting values in Jan? can you test ferritin now, so we know we are moving in the right direction.
