Parasites the cause of PFS?

@bruschi11 you got me thinking about something I had read a while ago, I can't find one regarding NyStatin but that's an anti-fungal oral medication where the person said he was cured... however I found this other PFS cure where he caught a parasite, perhaps as a result of what FIN does do the body:

Cured from Propecia side effects at Post Finasteride Syndrome, topic 2276109
Re: Followup on Recovery Post from 18 months ago (Post Finasteride Syndrome) 9/15/2017 2384086

What's interesting is two points... I recently began a low carb / no sugar diet as well as heavy cardio to lose some body fat. I noticed more 'activity' & sensation to my genitals, oddly when I recently added some blood sugar support natural herbs. I'll list those later... I know they work because I'm very low carb daily intake right now, under 50G and when I take these pills, I get lightheaded if I'm laying down and get up too fast.

You listed digestive issues and some organic acids that you're taking. Can you share what you're taking? I always take an acidophilus pill but just ordered some stronger stuff called Flora Renew.

What's your opinion on this guy's parasite talk, DHT's relation to gut health & maybe even fungal related which I've talked about before ? We know body temp is altered on FIN...

@joekool I wrote last week about fungus malassezia restricta which was found in most people with POIS who were tested, that is why I suggested it could increase the fermenation ( sibo) which then spends aldehyde enzymes. namely ALDH( which is dependant on cysteine ) and NAD

Also dont forget that most antifungal things are imidazoles( same as histidine) like ketoconazole, and most of them inhibit iron based enzymes.

as to your low sugar diet. If you are the person with high DHT type of PFS, then when you go on low sugar diet, your production of NADPH falls, since NADPH is made from sugar. and thus your DHT levels fall.

Nystatin - full sexual recovery from PFS!! This might be your recovery story?

Then from two PSSD cases, user 'continue'
"man… me and a friend of mine got improvements with nystatin + diflucan for PSSD.
nystatin gave me dreaming + morning woods, and diflucan gave me spontaenous erections, better erections and sensations+orgasm back."

And a different guy 'sulawesi':

"Guys, I really have to say that right now I feel 98.7% back to normal!!!"

The effects didn't last for both unfortunately, but we did get a potential indirect full cure reported by user 'continue':

"Yes, a friend of mine (who was, in the past, an active member in several PSSD foruns, including this one) was fully healed with Nystatin, but that was the latest part of his healing."

Parasites aren’t the cause of pfs. Finasteride is lol. We took that stupid pussy ass hair pill and it fucked us at a deep molecular level.

But parasites/pathogens/yeast/fungus etc are the cause of suffering for many if not the majority with pfs. And the cause of why people are just literally stuck in pfs. They leave this pfs imbalance we have in place by basically getting ahold of enzymes etc that Helen lists above.

I don’t understand the molecular level like Helen does. And I’m sure this isn’t the case for everyone with pfs. But a good percentage of us stuck here due to these issues No doubt in my mind.

Never mind the hellacious affects of the die off of some of these pathogens. Ammonia strangled me and several other severe cases. It kills me knowing these people are out there who think I’m wrong and won’t listen to me thinking they just have brain damage.

Finasteride just was the major cause of a fire in the body. Sure we hit the progesterone pathway and that was messed with bad. But the effects of messing with that progesterone pathway, NADPH whatever we’ve done can just be catastrophic for the immune system, ph in blood, gut, liver and so many systems.

JN had it right the Australian medical doctor. Eradicate pathogens then move to balancing. He did just copper zinc, but we are blessed with nutritional balancing sciences thanks to Helen joining us.

Currently I’m using colloidal silver. I got sick bad again this past summer and it took me a full 5 months to figure out what I had to do and still learning. But I’m nearly fully back on track. We shall see.

Link below is what I believe in is great for the majority. We want to remove the bad and replace bacteria and nutrients afterward. I started with antibiotics on this journey 2.0 but I don’t think most of us need to go to that extreme.

My plan is colloidal silver, mms, caprylic acid, monolaurin and some herbs for the near future ahead in terms of pathogens/ Candida. Then follow it with replacing bacteria with kefir/colostrum drink mentioned in my log, ocguy gut drink mentioned there too, and strong probiotic enemas like visbiome.

While also using hair test for nutritional balancing. Pathogens can’t live in a balanced system. But sometimes you gotta get rid of the pathogens before you can truly balance.

Good stuff. Exactly my case with the zinc deficiency and lack of bio-available copper that I’ve been working on with NB.

Seems like we are really getting somewhere with this. I think Great Plains Organic Acids testing with hair test would be ideal way of combatting our issues.

Shawn Bean said he saw babesia based on my Organic Acids results. I think we can learn a lot of trends from these results.

There's a post Any doctors who are suffering from PFS? from a Dr called JN who recovered from PFS. Something he mentioned was

"I will say that many men here struggle with the concept that pathogens (parasites, yeasts etc) need elimination. My opinion is that this is a critical step."

Love this quote. “Many men struggle with the concept.” (and been awhile AC hope all is well!)

It’s so hard to believe. But it’s not like there’s a worm in you or a big creature. Or several. It’s not like that.

There are just millions of these tiny bacteria that evolve and live in the body and slowly build up in time. Sometimes though, if you let them they can build up very very quick. The ph of the blood, gut Which leads to body temperature/ metabolic rate change just allows these opportunistic communities to absolutely flourish like the Romans once did.

You don’t have to get rid of all say million of these bacteria. Just get the number down to say 50k and they will do no harm. (And I’m just making up numbers to give you guys a sense of what I’m trying to say.)

Finasteride was just a breaking point in the hormonal system which leads to all sorts of failing pathways causing a sharp change in blood ph.

Your body can’t digest properly, it can’t detox itself, your nutritional balance in body is thrown way off. Nutritional balance= the best , most natural form of hormonal modulation to all you hormone guys.

Nutritional balance + full body cleansing of pathogens, yeasts/fungus, toxins, and heavy metals + (sometimes the need for adding good bacteria in an immensely broken system) = optimum health. Optimum Health = the ability to rebound from Finasteride induced imbalances.

That said, you don’t have to be optimum to beat this. You don’t have to be 100% in all forms of health. Just get good in most areas. And don’t have anything bad... like a pathogen load or copper dysregulation per say.

I’ve never been more confident about what it takes to get better from this stuff. I think I’m going to get better again but this time in full.

I’m hoping my body lets me and there’s not some other sort of major internal issue like a cancer and it scares the shit out of me every day that One day I wake up with a stomach ache and see doctor who tells me I have a week to live. Smh I’ve come too far for that to happen.

I can’t wait to write about my full journey. It’s been a ride, but it motivates me every single day that I’ll be the guy writing about what I actually accomplished with these theories in hand.

@bruschi11 are you saying it bacterial in nature , more so of the bad bacteria , but you don’t believe it’s possible to be a pathogen or worse, like that E Histola example? Or just yeast / candida?

It can be anything and everything. Everyone is different.

In both cases following this methodology. First, I did antibiotics for pathogens. Second I did colloidal silver and then some for yeast, fungus... this stuff is also good for pathogens too. A lot of it goes hand in hand.

This second time around I kind of forgot the yeast/fungus part and left that part of my attack out until this past week. Reading about oxalates in my Great Plains Organic Acids testing got me into Candida.. which I found was also heavily elevated with my GPOA test based on Arabinose and tartaric readings.

Candida herx isn’t torturous the mental symptoms like Lyme. When it dies, you barely feel it. I feel it, but it’s nothing like Lyme/myco. But still the affects the Candida can have on body are drastic.

The problem is, we have folks on here who’s symptoms run the gamut. When I started it was fatigue, mental, sexual, all of it. Now for last almost 8 months, it’s only sexual. Some it’s ONLY mental. Finding something that addresses the spectrum of causes is the hard part. It seems the sexual are the hardest to attack.
