I kind of slipped yesterday. Uncle's funeral and we all had some drinks. Ended up completely wasted. Woke up hungover, felt bad and decided to do a coffee enema. This time I noticed a few parasites (they all were 4/5 cm's big) and it spooked the hell out of me. Wondering if this is something PFS induced or if normal folk also have these things? I assume it's a good thing those things are coming out, but was pretty weird seeing those things floating around.

I think a lot of people have parasites and will never even know it. Getting them out can only be a good thing I guess.

A parasite cleanse (herbs) was the first thing I did after I crashed. I don't know if I actually got rid of any parasites but the herbs really felt like they got my bile blowing and would get rid of the pressure around my liver/gallbladder. I would notice these improvements 2 to 3 days after taking them.

From my understanding you have to run any parasite cleansing protocol for at least 40 days because of the life cycle of the parasites.

I also tried a candida cleanse but didn't notice anything positive from that.

Looks like a medusa without arms.

And once i killed some i had no hunger for 5 days, it was sooo scary. And i had some of my temporary partial recoveries during these times from coconut oil, but the juicing and the ces played a lot of role so i cannot say it was from parasite killing. But the temporary recovery was induced by the 5ar inhibiton and it worked thanks to the things i did that time.

Also had huge bile duct pain for hours then got rid of one. Was coming from the liver.

About parasites in stomac I'm not sure ( I'll do a stool test one of these days) what I can say is I have a lot of parasite in my nails and fungus as well in my nails and scalp and I can't get rid of them with any shampoo or lotion. For my bails I need to cut them from 2/ 3 days otherwise they get so ugly and dirty it is so annoying. Pfs really drop your defenses to a low state...
