Please help me I don´t know what to do anymore.

I took Fin 10 years. After quitting I´ve crashed big time. The

Problem is now I don´t have any will left in me I´m about to breackdown and let go.

What I don´t understand is that some things really cured me but not for very long maybe 2-3 weeks.

The Things I did in the past that cured me where:

1. Water Fasting
2.Natural THyroid Hormone
3.Micro Dosis DHEA
4. ANAVAR for 6 Days

What does this say about me? What should I do know? I cannot live anymore with

all this. I´´m about to quit. The real hard part for me was that I was normal for few weeks but then everything came back hard time. Why?
And if I use for example DHEA or Anavar for a second cycle there ist no improvement anymore .

I forgot to mention that everything I took that raises Testo like Pine Pollen did a lot of damage libido wise.

Sould I take clomid like 12mg every day? Clomid I have not try this stuff maybe it can help me? I would take it with Anastrozole to keep E in check. Clomid only rises too much E and it destroys libido.
Or should I run a second water fasting?

Since water fasting cured you... I’m sure there is undoubtedly a way of restoring your health to fix pfs.

Maybe it’s tei/ mineral balancing, electrolytes to make your system strong like @Goose12 @Orion @tonysoprano @Niles have used with success.

Maybe it’s fasting, working on gut bacteria like what I’m doing and guys like Chi (on propeciahelp), myself, and so many others.

Right now it appears the steroidal ways aren’t working for you long term like they haven’t for most with pfs.

You need to beat this with health man.

How long was water fast?
I think proper refeed and all and just going hardcore into every single thing you do holistically or otherwise (Randro 4andro) will prevent crashes. Can't say I like pine pollen mostly asthma/allergy reasons but water fast cured most issues. Rest all the other stuff I did and am currently doing I'm hoping... (Tei rite now ).

Stop screwing with hormones and go on TEI.


Otherwise to have sustained stilt , go on testosterone with thyroid. together, You cant go on thyroid or testosterone separately. but going on testosterone with the thyroid will work,

But I strongly advice to you , to go on TEI , and go on the program and start getting better and better.

I was waterfasting 30 days

@Helen Could I take Clomi and T3? I don´t want to take testo because when I start with Testo I will be forever on testo. Clomi alone raises testo or not?

Don’t take cypro man I don’t know what that guy is saying smh. If you had severe mental/ neuro issues sure- but yours are mostly sexual.

Dude forget about the fucking hormones!!!!!! You need to get healthy. Fasting is right idea, tei is right idea, electrolytes protocol is right idea!

Lol you have the will power to fast. Now use that will power to go on tei or electrolytes and live very healthy lifestyle post fast.

Tei should fix you. Just do it man.

Or u can just do this if you can’t contact Catherine. Gives you results, dietary and supplement recommendations.

But if you’re fasting. Give yourself a good proper refeed and then wait to test say 6-8 weeks after fast.

- @RuProgStack82 I don't know EXACTLY what's going on. But, no you should definitely NOT take Estrogen. Assuming maleness. Nor Cypro.
Probably no DHEA either.

I´ve read reports with good results clomi plus estrogen blocker. And to take Cypro is for me not a bad idea because I have histamin problems.
