Possible reason why people with PFS have hyper masculine traits.

So we know NADPH is required for 5a - reductase to convert T -> DHT.

Those who crash straight away on finasteride have low NADPH… What if the body had sensitised the AR to compensate for this pre-pfs?

How do I do that?

Initially after crash I thought no. But eventually I did get sick. It’s be 9 years and I’ve made minor improvements along the way. So getting sick feels a bit more normal these days but still not the same as before. But yes I do get flu or Covid once a year

Other than that finasteride, only other atypical things around the crash- smoked weed prior to , didn’t usually do that. ID DEFINITELY TAKE TIME OFF IN med school, and definitely did delay law school further.

What about Mareks? Test cream and some dht pro drugs work well for me, getting anavar soon. Said that ages, but trading addiction and not being liquid so now sidelining half a condo in cash soon I hope. Sick deal, Im doing soon. Maybe 20x from 20-30 k. Or 16 x bc of commission to someone.

Oh hell yeah I should have taken time off. But I had already stupidly taken time for another issue prior to pfs and if I didn’t graduate on time I would have been kicked out. Which added an additional threat crazy stress to go along with the pfs shit. Even if I could have taken time off I wondered if that might still be a bad idea because it’s hard to stop and start stuff like that , maybe I just never would have went back. So it is what it is

btw ik you're not that speciialty, but I seem correct no? re: my substype of EDS and all ? must be hEDS/HSD. I will see docs more too for sure, just i mean i had to make sure I wasn't getting screwed financially pre aptmts, but making more safe income now so should be fine.

Finasteride is for hairloss and hairloss is said to be "something wrong" with your body, I agree. So clearly most people who have PFS were already fucked before finasteride. Except a lot of people are able to live with the hairloss imbalance and not with PFS. PFS was way worse than my hair shedding, some anxiety and insane libido. Which were the symptoms before taking finasteride.

That being said I was more masculine before finasteride and before PFS. But I was angry and irriated with anxiety 24/7 which you could call "masculine" but I know chicks who can get really angry too lmao. That's why I saw myself more as a bitchy PMS man than hyper masculine.
