tnx but i will stick with nasibi's theory although i don't understand it fully.
its the only plausible theory of working and we have evidence of partial success..

mb with more cycles 100% recovery is possible

this is it
Reversing silenced AR signal with demethylating agents - A promising treatment option?

what are you even talking about)) I just literally wrote about demethylators, 3 posts up))

I used sulphoraphane in my recovery))

We have recoveries here already, more and more people feel more recovered.

hahah, you really like zadig777))

anavar has been tried by several PSSD people. already. you can try it again if you want.

Well yes and no, only shorter cycles at rather low dose and if i am correct @talkingant liked the effects so-far. Would be great to understand why it worked so well for iHateFin and only so-so for most others.
Thats why i am waiting for my labs.

talkingant liked the effects? he felt nothing. It did absolutely nothing to him.

Ihatefin is taking b6))

you are mixing PFS and PSSD, they are different.

Well the theory has gone back and fort a bit if they are related or not.
All i know for sure is that both (can) have high prog and both (can) respond to ella/RU.

And quoting Talkingant (On anavar):

Effects are subtle. Libido is increased slightly. I've masturbated more frequently. Erections seem a little harder. More morning wood. Numbness is not improved though. I also feel a little more stressed out.

Seems like a promising substance as I've tried tons of stuff, none of which has improved libido. It's too early to tell what is going on, I suppose it could be placebo effect or random fluctuation. But I'm excited to continue trialing this stuff. I wonder if doing multiple, short, low dose cycles is the way to go, or is there a better regimen.

you would have more libido taking active B6 plus histidine)) Var just blocks cortisol while on it. and then when he went off he got zero improvements.

I had 3 people on var with PSSD, none got anything out of it.

I know this kid who did prep (dumb British med student, doped up, guaranteed on hard drugs rite now as I rite this). He's also, an idiot.

Anyways the point is he used prep BC he was afraid of HIV (probably good reason), and then he went completely bald (genes plus that medicine). He vanished 2 years he's like 23 now. But now he has lots of sex. But he's scrawny, bad teeth, terrible accent, and not that good looking. I'm not shooting anti aids drugs unless needed.
-he's also "bi", as in: gay but lying. --- I can tell. (despite being straight -- literally stupidly obvious). --- so hence lots of sex. just other drunk brits (and come on, they're guys... easy as hell).

not powerful enough for my taste
i want to use this, and not supplements etc..

although idk how would azacitidine have effect in normal cells, since it only targets proliferation (cancer cells)...

nasibi already tried some benign shit like proviron and steroids with no succes,so i won't bother trying anavar sry..

we are not trying steroids or any crazy stuff on here . We are getting cured already and more and more people are getting back to normal. with normal balancing without crazy drugs that can cause some serious effects.

powerful for what? any oxidant will cause demethylation ))

You can cause demethylation with ozone)) and it will be as powerful as any of these drugs.

PFS has 2 problems demethylation and hypomethylation)) It is a process, which has to be restored. you need actual enzymes to start working which control these processes, Which are TET enzymes))

this is why when someone goes on methylation protocol in some cases, they restore their sexual function fully. It is all over propeciahelp forums.

why they dont treat cancer specificaly MDS with oxidants?
why they use demethylating agents to cause demethylation?
there are no methylating agent and we should pray that the methylated genes are causing this problem

the final question is how could azacitidine help when it only affects proliferating cells??

they do treat cancer with oxidants. DCA kills almost any cancer)) same as Ozone

they use drugs, since they are selling them))

@zadig777

There are no methylation agents? LOL what? Methyl groups are methylation agents)) haha

You need both processes to work )) methylation and demethylation.

Redox in the cell controls epigenome)) You need to understand that. All this bs about methylation and demethylation is ignorant stuff.

These processes are controlled by methylation and demethylation enzymes. and Redox in the cell controls it.

Both systemic and local deficiency affects the availability of ascorbate to the cell. Furthermore, the transport of ascorbate to the nucleus is the key for ascorbate to reach to the chromosomes, which then influences the epigenome by participating in the demethylation of DNA and histones. More importantly, ascorbate is merely one component of the redox network in the cell. The degradation and recycling of ascorbate is largely controlled by the redox status. For example, the status of redox couples including GSH/GSSG, NADH/NAD and FADH2/FAD are capable of impacting the ascorbate/DHA redox couple, and thus, the availability of ascorbate to the DNA and histone demethylation machinery. Consequently, redox status in the cell, especially in the nucleus, will have a profound impact on the epigenome via ascorbate. It is well known that redox status changes along with development, aging, health and diseases. Bridging the gap between redox biology and genomics, we suggest an interdisciplinary research field that can be termed “Redox Genomics” to study the dynamic role of redox in health and diseases. Embryonic development, aging and many diseases such as chronic inflammation, cancer, diabetes, and neurodegenerative disorders, could be reassessed from the perspective of Redox Genomics.

As you see ascorbate/ DHA ratio is controlled by glutathione.( redox) in the cell

it is called glutathione ascorbate cycle. where glutathione keeps vitamin C in form of ascorbate, and not in form of DHA. Glutathione-ascorbate cycle - Wikipedia

this ascorbate then recycles BH4 which fixes hypomethylation, and also increases TET enzymes which promotes demethylation.

taking drugs cant fix this problem )) since it is not about hypomethylation or hypermethylation. It is about REDOX in the cell

and if you go and check on propecia forum, the tests, you will see that there is simply zero reduced glutathione in the cell of PFS people.

There is no recycling of glutathione, thus the body has to go and make glutathione de novo from cysteine.

And this stops methylation totally, since methionine synthase goes down, and all homocysteine goes to make cysteine)) so there is CBS pathway activation.

Regulation of the Epigenome by Vitamin C

Finasteride binds NADPH, so it directly kills glutathione reductase. Glutathione reductase controls reduced / oxidized glutathione status which then controls ascorbate, which is a cofactor for methylation and demethylation enzymes.

if its not demethylation problem, than how did IMMO recover to get drunk again after only 5 days of azacitidine?

Are you ok? I said you need both processes to work constantly , they are are ongoing processes.

i posted another thread regarding azacitidine and methylation/demethylation

i think we should jump there

i agree with u that we should both methtlate and demethylate yes

Very interesting post.
Does the gluthatione level decrease even more after ceasing fin? What does stop us from going back to normal?
Would having gluthatione infusions or the 3 aminos help?
How can we explain the low 3 alphadiolg level? What could inhibit 5ar to work?
