I know they do their own thing there and are occasionally downright weird and almost resistant to finding a way to actually fix PFS, but it is a thing they do, and we can help fellow sufferers there. Probably. Or maybe get them enough info that they FINALLY get off their asses and ACTUALLY get trying to cure things when they have enough data.
Either way, just thought I'd give it a mention to those who haven't been banned or sworn off the place that it might be a thing you could do if you were so inclined:
