Been taking 3 x 200mg of quercetin daily for a few months, basically due to its anti inflammatory properties, but can’t say I’ve really noticed much from it. I did run out for a week or two, and there was no snap back or anything in that period.
Might require high doses for the effects being discusssed here
maybe... thats a low ish dose still at 600mg. i have been taking a few grams of the stuff
