Hi guys

I have been training 3 times a week with a personal trainer for 6 months

I have been able to change my frame slightly but cannot lose weight despite being in a calorie deficit

So I started a cycle of R ando last week

I have had to stop because the fatigue got so bad and last night I couldn't sleep because I had a dull ache in my liver area

Please could I get some advice and opinions?

Thanks

I dont know much about R andro but I lost near 25 pounds in the last 2 months. Couldve lost more but I cheated a bit too often.

Sugar is near non-existent in my diet.
No bread, no alcohol and almost no dairy (only sometimes with coffee)
Digestive enzymes with every meal
Probiotics
Intermittent fasting about twice per week

Tudca or udca should help with the liver pains. I think it’s related to bile flow issues

no half measures.
zero dairy at all total 1-2 years. i only take it because i can barely plan /organize fuck all but i didnt 6mo++ straight. i usually only buy groceries when im about to faint or high out of my mind (naturally without drugs, from craziness).
intermittent fast 100% of the time 365-7. 18-23hours at least.
Actually, on the other hand: it's probably best to give time to acclimate to such a regiment, so in that regard starting this way could be moderately reasonable.

Had liver pain recently, I'm certain most of that was lactose to be honest. Maybe some other stuff, but still. Drugs are an obvious offender too, like Randro could do that I'm sure. So can mostly anything and impaired fat metabolism, carb metabolism, and protein metabolism.
